Prof. Dr. Metin Balc\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u00fcniversitelerin akademik durumlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi vererek, T\u00fcrkiye Bilimler Akademisi bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve \u00fczerine de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu.<\/p>\n

Ne yaz\u0131k ki, uluslararas\u0131 hakemli dergilerde yay\u0131nlanan makale say\u0131s\u0131 da olduk\u00e7a az. Ayr\u0131ca T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir\u00e7ok dergide at\u0131f manip\u00fclasyonu yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu durumun en b\u00fcy\u00fck sebebi, makale say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ve okunurlu\u011funun art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 oluyor. At\u0131f manip\u00fclasyonu ile sahte veriler \u00fcreten ki\u015fi, kurum ve dergiler, T\u00fcrk akademisinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlar\u0131ndan birini te\u015fkil ediyor. Y\u00fcksek derecede intihal yap\u0131larak yaz\u0131lan makale ve tezler; bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n yay\u0131nland\u0131klar\u0131 dergiler, kaliteli bir akademi olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra; mevcut akademisyen kalitesini de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
