Ege \u00dcniversitesi, geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131rma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve giri\u015fimcilik ekosistemi ile hem akademisyenlerine hem de \u00f6\u011frencilerine nitelikli bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131 sunuyor. Son d\u00f6nemde Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde olu\u015fturulan bilim \u00fcretme ekosistemi projelere de yans\u0131yarak daha g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Egeli ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan nitelikli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flardan kabul alarak desteklenmeye devam ediyor.<\/p>\n

Ege \u00dcniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc Doktora \u00d6\u011frencisi Fatma \u00d6zt\u00fcrk K\u0131rbay, projesi ile T\u00fcrkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Kurumu (T\u00dcB\u0130TAK) Bilim \u0130nsan\u0131 Destek Programlar\u0131 Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0 (B\u0130DEB) taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u201c2218 Yurt \u0130\u00e7i Doktora Sonras\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Burs Program\u0131\u201d kapsam\u0131nda desteklenmeye hak kazand\u0131. \u00d6zt\u00fcrk K\u0131rbay, projesinde olu\u015fturulacak sens\u00f6r sistemi ile hastal\u0131klar\u0131n te\u015fhisinde \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n

T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 2218 projesi kapsam\u0131nda, hastada derin ven trombozu, pulmoner embolinin ekarte edilmesi yan\u0131nda sepsis, miyokard enfarkt\u00fcs\u00fc ve preeklamsi i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6neme sahip biyobelirte\u00e7lerin analizinde kullan\u0131labilecek biyolojik molek\u00fcl temelli analiz platformlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesini ama\u00e7lad\u0131k. Bu proje klinik analizler i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 destekleyecek ve zenginle\u015ftirecek\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Projesi hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren gen\u00e7 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 \u00d6zt\u00fcrk K\u0131rbay, \u201cNanoyap\u0131lar biyot\u0131ptan malzeme bilimine kadar geni\u015f bir kullan\u0131m alan\u0131na sahip. Burada, \u00a0G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f nanoyap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n sentezinde indirgeyici, stabilize edici ve kaplama ajanlar\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u015feker t\u00fcrevlerine dayanan yeni g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f nanoyap\u0131lar\u0131n elde edilmesini hedefliyoruz. \u00dcst\u00fcn \u00f6zelliklere sahip bu g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f nano yap\u0131lar kullan\u0131larak, hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tayinine y\u00f6nelik elektrokimyasal ve ka\u011f\u0131t temelli sens\u00f6r platformlar\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 planlad\u0131k. Bu kapsamda h\u0131zl\u0131, g\u00fcvenilir, kullan\u0131c\u0131 dostu ve hastal\u0131klar\u0131n te\u015fhisinde kullan\u0131m potansiyeli olan sens\u00f6r platformlar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedefledik. Elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar yeni olu\u015fturulacak projeler i\u00e7in bir ara\u00e7 olacakt\u0131r. Bu proje klinik analizler i\u00e7in yap\u0131lacak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 destekleyecek ve zenginle\u015ftirecektir. Hastal\u0131k biyobelirte\u00e7lerin tayinine y\u00f6nelik tasarlanan h\u0131zl\u0131, g\u00fcvenilir, duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcksek elektrokimyasal ve optik sens\u00f6rlerin klinik alanda hastal\u0131k te\u015fhislerinde kullan\u0131m potansiyeli mevcuttur\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
