Dr. Aylin \u015eendemir \u201cIn vivo deneylerin pek \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ve farkl\u0131 terap\u00f6tik yakla\u015f\u0131mlarda \u00f6nemi b\u00fcy\u00fck; ancak in vivo deneyler, baz\u0131 hastal\u0131k modellerinde insanlar ve hayvanlar aras\u0131nda ciddi farkl\u0131l\u0131klar ortaya koydu. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla asl\u0131nda baz\u0131 hastal\u0131klarda iyi kurgulanm\u0131\u015f in vivo deneyler bile ger\u00e7ekten insanlardaki hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n durumunu taklit edemeyebiliyor. Bizim gibi \u00fcniversitelerde sadece k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck hayvanlar ile deney yap\u0131labiliyor, en fazla kemirgenlerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131labiliyor; daha b\u00fcy\u00fck hayvanlarla olanaklar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131 nedeni ile deney yapam\u0131yoruz. Bu sebeplerle doku m\u00fchendisli\u011fi y\u00f6ntemleriyle \u00fcretilmi\u015f iyi ve g\u00fcvenilir in vitro deney modellerine b\u00fcy\u00fck ihtiya\u00e7 var\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
