Ayn\u0131 zamanda bir sa\u011fl\u0131k merkezimiz, spor tesislerimiz, basketbol ve futbol saham\u0131z, fitness salonumuz mevcut. Kamp\u00fcs\u00fcm\u00fczde bir\u00e7ok etkinlik ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebiliyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TUSA\u015e\u2019\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fine verdi\u011fi \u00f6neme dikkat \u00e7eken Aday Uzman\u0131 H\u00fcmeyra Yolcu, \u201cSavunma sanayi \u015firketlerinde daha \u00e7ok erkekler var. Bu bizim a\u015fmak istedi\u011fimiz bir durum. Bu sebepten dolay\u0131 alan\u0131nda uzman kad\u0131n m\u00fchendisler ve m\u00fchendis aday\u0131 olan kad\u0131n \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencileri i\u00e7in bir mentor program\u0131 d\u00fczenliyoruz. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar s\u00fcreci tamamlad\u0131klar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma deneyimi elde edebiliyorlar. \u015eirketimiz staja ve istihdama ciddi anlamda \u00f6nem veriyor. Her sene 2 bin 500\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde staj imkan\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Program sonunda okulla beraber bir anlamda uzay dersi veriyoruz. Bizimle birlikte yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z stajda kamp\u00fcsteki sosyal imkanlardan faydalanabilme hakk\u0131na eri\u015febiliyorsunuz. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te maksimum verim alabilmek konaklama imk\u00e2n\u0131 da sunuyoruz. Fakat burada farkl\u0131 bir ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcreci var. Anla\u015fmal\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz Ankara\u2019daki meslek liselerinden ve meslek y\u00fcksekokullar\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011frenci al\u0131yoruz.
