Prof. Dr. K. Arzum Erdem G\u00fcrsan\u2019\u0131n proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc, Dr. \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Ece Ek\u015fin\u2019in ise doktora bursiyeri oldu\u011fu, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK-1001 projesi \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131 olan \u201cYeni Nesil N\u00fckleik Asitler ile Tek Nokta Mutasyon Tayinine Y\u00f6nelik Bir Y\u00f6ntem\u201d ve \u201cYeni Nesil N\u00fckleik Asitler \u0130le Tek Nokta Mutasyon Tayinine Y\u00f6nelik Empedimetrik Bir Y\u00f6ntem\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 iki patent ba\u015fvurusu, T\u00fcrk Patent ve Marka Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan tescil edildi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof. Dr. K. Arzum Erdem G\u00fcrsan ve ekibini tebrik eden Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201cAra\u015ft\u0131rma \u00dcniversitesi olarak, \u00fcretti\u011fimiz T\u00dcB\u0130TAK-1001 proje \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n patente d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi son derece \u00f6nem arz ediyor. \u00dcniversitemiz, hem e\u011fitim hem de Ar-Ge faaliyetlerinde kalitesi tescillenmi\u015f bir kurumdur. T\u00fcrkiye Patent Raporunun verilerine g\u00f6re patent tescilleme oran\u0131 en y\u00fcksek \u00fcniversitelerden biriyiz. Hocalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n patent ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n tescillenmesi, \u00fcniversitemizin kalitesini g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131l\u0131yor. Arzum Erdem G\u00fcrsan, \u201cT\u00fcrk Patent ve Marka Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan incelemeli ve 20 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle korumal\u0131 olarak verilen patentlerimiz, fermuar (zip) n\u00fckleik asitler (ZNA) olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan yeni nesil n\u00fckleik asitlere dayal\u0131 elektrokimyasal ZNA biyosens\u00f6rlerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi ve tek nokta mutasyonu tayinine y\u00f6nelik uygulamalar\u0131 ile ilgilidir. 2 ulusal patent ve 4 adet uluslararas\u0131 SCI-yay\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131na sahip T\u00dcB\u0130TAK-1001 projemizde, yeni nesil n\u00fckleik asitlerden biri olan \u2018fermuar (zip) n\u00fckleik asitler (ZNA)\u2019 kullanarak tek nokta mutasyonun elektrokimyasal tayininde, karbon nanomalzemelere dayal\u0131 tekli ve \u00e7oklu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sistemlerinin uygulanabilirli\u011fi g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Ven\u00f6z tromboembolizm (VTE) ile ba\u015flayan, akci\u011fere giden damarlar\u0131n t\u0131kanmas\u0131 ve kalp krizi gibi \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl sa\u011fl\u0131k problemleriyle sonu\u00e7lanabilen kal\u0131t\u0131msal bir hastal\u0131k olan Fakt\u00f6r V Leiden (FV Leiden) tek nokta mutasyonu, projemizde model olarak se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle FV Leiden mutasyonu ve tek nokta mutasyonunundaki olas\u0131 di\u011fer farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n, geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz ZNA biyosens\u00f6rleri ile elektrokimyasal tayininde duyarl\u0131, se\u00e7imli ve g\u00fcvenilir sonu\u00e7lar elde edilmi\u015ftir. ZNA oligon\u00fckleotitlerinin n\u00fckleik asit hibridizasyonunda kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve y\u00f6ntemlerin kullan-at biyosens\u00f6r sistemlerine entegrasyonu T\u00dcB\u0130TAK-1001 projemiz kapsam\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olup, ayr\u0131ca elde edilen proje \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu iki ulusal patente konu olmu\u015ftur\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Q1\u2019de yer alan 3 uluslararas\u0131 makale<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof. Dr. K.
