\u00a0Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, Prof. Dr. Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m ve ekibini tebrik ederek ba\u015far\u0131lar diledi. Rekt\u00f6r Budak, \u201cProf. Dr. Hasan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m hocam\u0131z, literat\u00fcre yeni ke\u015fif kazand\u0131ran de\u011ferli bir bilim insan\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dcniversitemiz, faal oldu\u011fu her alanda iddial\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara imza atmaya devam ediyor. Biyoloji de bu alanlardan birisi. \u00dclkemiz, bitki \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi bak\u0131m\u0131nda adeta bir cennet konumunda. Sakl\u0131 g\u00fczelliklerimizin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ad\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc Hasan hocam\u0131z\u0131 kutluyorum\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/b><\/p>\n

Mu\u011fla Akyaka’da ya\u015fayan Marmara \u00dcniversitesi G\u00fczel Sanatlar Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011frencisi, bitkiler \u00fczerine amat\u00f6r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapan bir do\u011fasever olan Buse Top\u00e7uo\u011flu, bir saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 esnas\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bitkinin farkl\u0131 bir t\u00fcr oldu\u011fundan \u015f\u00fcphelendi. Top\u00e7uo\u011flu, daha sonra buldu\u011fu bitkiye ait detayl\u0131 foto\u011fraflar\u0131 ve materyalleri Ege \u00dcniversitesi Fen Fak\u00fcltesi Biyoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Hasan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m’a ula\u015ft\u0131rarak, bilimsel bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Bitkinin ke\u015fif s\u00fcrecini anlatan Prof. Dr. Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, \u201cTop\u00e7uo\u011flu\u2019nun buldu\u011fu t\u00fcr\u00fcn, \u015fu ana kadar literat\u00fcrde mevcut bir bitki olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 fark ettim. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u2018Kaside \u00e7i\u00e7ekleri\u2019 \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapan, konunun uzman\u0131 bir bilim insan\u0131 olan Pamukkale \u00dcniversitesi Molek\u00fcler Biyoloji ve Genetik b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. Mehmet \u00c7i\u00e7ek’e ula\u015farak ortak bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatt\u0131k. Mu\u011fla S\u0131tk\u0131 Ko\u00e7man \u00dcniversitesi K\u00f6yce\u011fiz Meslek Y\u00fcksekokulu’ndan Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Kenan Akba\u015f’\u0131n ve doktora \u00f6\u011frencisi Erkan \u015eeker’in de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ekibimizin t\u00fcr ile ilgili makalesi, merkezi Yeni Zelanda\u2019da olan, Taksonomik botanik alan\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen bilimsel dergilerinden biri olan\u00a0 \u2018Phytotaxa\u2019 isimli bilimsel dergide yay\u0131nland\u0131 ve yeni ke\u015ffimiz bilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131na tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131. Bilimsel ismi, bitkiyi ke\u015ffeden Buse Top\u00e7uo\u011flu’na atfedilerek \u2018Scutellaria topcuoglui\u2019 oldu, \u00a0T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ismi ise \u2018Mu\u011fla kasidesi\u2019 \u015feklinde belirlendi\u201d\u00a0 diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

\u201cKaside \u00e7i\u00e7eklerinin 19 t\u00fcr\u00fc sadece \u00fclkemizde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Kaside \u00e7i\u00e7eklerinin d\u00fcnya \u00fczerindeki yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131ndan bahseden Prof. Dr. Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, \u201cKaside \u00e7i\u00e7ekleri d\u00fcnya genelinde 480 civar\u0131nda t\u00fcre sahiptir. \u00dclkemizde ise bu say\u0131, 18 t\u00fcr ve 1 melez t\u00fcr ile temsil edilmekte idi. \u2018Mu\u011fla Kasidesi\u2019nin ke\u015ffi ile bu say\u0131 19 t\u00fcre \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f oldu. Alt t\u00fcr ve varyeteler ile beraber toplam Kaside \u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi say\u0131m\u0131z ise 40 civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bunlardan 19 tanesi ise sadece \u00fclkemizde yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steren endemik t\u00fcrlerdir. Mu\u011fla kasidesi, Mu\u011fla’n\u0131n Ula il\u00e7e s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda yer alan, Balan da\u011flar\u0131 serisi \u00fczerinde, \u00c7\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f mevkii civar\u0131nda \u2018Serpantin\u2019 olarak bilinen krom, magnezyum ve demir gibi baz\u0131 a\u011f\u0131r metalleri bolca b\u00fcnyesinde bar\u0131nd\u0131ran topraklar \u00fczerinde yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steriyor. Bu ekstrem ko\u015fullara uyum sa\u011flay\u0131p ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Mu\u011fla kasidesi, sadece Balan Da\u011flar\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u00fc\u00e7 noktada biliniyor. Pop\u00fclasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n bulunduklar\u0131 alanlarda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, \u00f6zellikle orman yolu a\u00e7ma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 habitat tahribat\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. T\u00fcr\u00fcn bulundu\u011fu alan, k\u0131z\u0131l\u00e7am orman i\u00e7leri oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in gerek yol \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 gerekse orman yang\u0131nlar\u0131 i\u00e7in potansiyel tehlike bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor.\u00a0 Bu konuda endi\u015felerimiz var.
