Yak\u0131ndan inceledi\u011fimizde i\u00e7eri\u011finde polisakkaritler, proteinler, lipidler ve cans\u0131z mikroorganizma kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Ayr\u0131ca yap\u0131s\u0131nda kalsiyum gibi inorganik elementler de i\u00e7erir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cAylarca deniz i\u00e7inde ask\u0131da kalabilirler\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00fcsilaj\u0131n nas\u0131l olu\u015ftu\u011fundan bahseden Prof. Dr. Y\u0131lmaz, \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalardan elde edilen sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re m\u00fcsilaj\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n denizel kardan olu\u015ftu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Denizel kar ise, denizde \u00e7o\u011falmaya ba\u015flayan fitoplanktonlar\u0131n zamanla \u00f6lmesi, bunlar\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcleriyle beraber t\u00fcm canl\u0131 art\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n, d\u0131\u015fk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n deniz dibine do\u011fru \u00e7\u00f6kmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131 diyebiliriz. Deniz kar\u0131 dibe \u00e7\u00f6kmesiyle bakteriler bozu\u015fturulmaya ba\u015flar. Fakat belirli ko\u015fullarda deniz kar\u0131 kolay bozu\u015fmaz. Belirli \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda bakteriyel bozu\u015fma engellenir. Haftalarca bazen aylarca deniz i\u00e7inde ask\u0131da kalabilirler ve birle\u015ferek daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir m\u00fcsilaj k\u00fcmelerini olu\u015fturabilir ve ipliksi yap\u0131 halini alabilirler. Topakla\u015fan maddenin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu y\u00fczeyin bir ka\u00e7 metre alt\u0131nda kal\u0131r. Zaman zaman bunlar su y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kar. Sudaki oksijen seviyesinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131yla beraber m\u00fcsilaj\u0131 olu\u015fturacak bakteriler \u00e7ok etkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fam\u0131yorlar. Azot fosfor oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksekli\u011fi fosfor azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, bakterilerin verimli bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 engelliyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla t\u00fcm bu fakt\u00f6rlerin birle\u015ferek musilaj olu\u015fumunu tetikledi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00fcsilaj\u0131n olu\u015fumunu nas\u0131l engellenebilece\u011fi hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Prof. Dr. Y\u0131lmaz, \u201c\u0130klimle k\u0131sa vadede yapabilece\u011fimiz bir durum s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fil. Deniz suyunun durgun olmas\u0131 ve tuzluluk de\u011fi\u015fimleri i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lacak bir \u015fey yok. Ancak azot fosfor dengesinde m\u00fcdahale edebiliriz.
