Sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sonland\u0131r\u0131n, sigara i\u00e7enlerin i\u00e7meyenlere g\u00f6re inme ge\u00e7irme riskinin en az 2-3 kat artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. Alkol kullanmay\u0131n, alkol kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 inmeden korunmada \u00f6nerilmektedir. Kolesterol d\u00fczeylerinizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcn, y\u00fcksek kolesterol d\u00fczeylerinin inme riskini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya konulmu\u015ftur. Kolesterol ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 doktorunuzun \u00f6nerdi\u011fi \u015fekilde kullan\u0131n.
