Deride k\u0131zar\u0131klar\u0131n \u00fczerini kaplayan ve hastal\u0131\u011fa ismini veren sedef veya g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f renginde kepeklenmelerle kendini g\u00f6steren bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r. Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n nedeni tam olarak bilinmiyor. Deri ve t\u0131rnaklarda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi baz\u0131 hastalarda eklemleri de etkileyebilir.
