Prof. Dr. Ertam Sa\u011fduyu, \u201c\u00d6zellikle \u00e7ocukluk ve ergenlik d\u00f6nemindeki g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131klar\u0131, ileride olu\u015fabilecek deri kanserleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk ta\u015f\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgiler veren Prof. Dr. Ertam Sa\u011fduyu, \u201cG\u00fcne\u015f, farkl\u0131 dalga boylar\u0131na sahip \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar yayar. Bu \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar, dalga boylar\u0131 ve enerjilerine g\u00f6re s\u0131ralan\u0131r. G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 atmosfer taraf\u0131ndan absorbe edilir. Yery\u00fcz\u00fcne ula\u015fan ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 95\u2019ini UVA, y\u00fczde 5\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 ise UVB olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n dalga boylar\u0131n\u0131n deri \u00fczerindeki etkisine de\u011finen Prof. Dr. Ertam Sa\u011fduyu, \u201cDalga boyu uzad\u0131k\u00e7a, derinin alt tabakalar\u0131na ula\u015fan enerji miktar\u0131 artar, ancak k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k yap\u0131c\u0131 etki azal\u0131r. UVA 320-400 nanometre (nm) aras\u0131 olup derin dermis tabakas\u0131na kadar ula\u015f\u0131r. UVB\u2019nin aksine camlardan da ge\u00e7ebilen, g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 deri ya\u015flanmas\u0131 (fotoya\u015flanma), fototoksik ve fotoallerjik reaksiyonlardan sorumlu olan dalga boyudur. Serbest radikal olu\u015fumu ile DNA\u2019ya etki ederek kanserojen etki g\u00f6sterebilir. UVB, 290-320 nm dalga boyuna sahip olup bronzla\u015fma, g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131klar\u0131 ve deri kanserlerinden en s\u0131k sorumlu olan dalga boyudur. Yaln\u0131zca\u00a0 y\u00fczde 15\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131 derinin dermis tabakas\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131r. Ultraviyole C (UVC) 200-290 nm dalga boyuna sahip olup, en k\u0131sa dalga boyuna sahiptir. Atmosfer taraf\u0131ndan emilmektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>SPF de\u011ferine g\u00f6re koruyuculuk etkisi de\u011fi\u015fiyor<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00fcne\u015f kremlerinin koruyuculuk de\u011ferleri hakk\u0131nda da bilgi veren Prof. Dr. Ertam Sa\u011fduyu, \u201cSPF, g\u00fcne\u015f kreminizin UVB \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan ne kadar korudu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir. Ki\u015fide g\u00fcne\u015fe maruziyet sonras\u0131 k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k olu\u015fma s\u00fcresinin ka\u00e7 kat uzad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder. \u00d6rne\u011fin, g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucu kullanmadan g\u00fcne\u015fe maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 10 dakika i\u00e7inde k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k olu\u015fan ki\u015fide SPF 15 de\u011ferinde \u00fcr\u00fcn kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu s\u00fcre 150 dakikaya uzamaktad\u0131r. SPF 2-12 olan \u00fcr\u00fcnler minimal, SPF 12-30 olan \u00fcr\u00fcnler orta derecede, SPF30\u2019un \u00fcst\u00fcndeki \u00fcr\u00fcnler y\u00fcksek koruma sa\u011flar. SPF 15, UVB\u2019yi y\u00fczde 93 oran\u0131nda bloke ederken, SPF 30 y\u00fczde 97, SPF 50 y\u00fczde 98 oran\u0131nda bloke eder. SPF se\u00e7imi ki\u015finin deri tipi ve mevsime g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. PFA ise g\u00fcne\u015f kreminin UVA\u2019ya kar\u015f\u0131 koruyuculu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir\u201d dedi. .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n D vitamini a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemine dikkate \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. Ertam Sa\u011fduyu, \u201cG\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131, D vitamini sentezi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli olmakla birlikte sadece y\u00fcz ve el s\u0131rtlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015fe g\u00fcnde 10-20 dakikal\u0131k maruziyeti yeterli vitamin D \u00fcretimini sa\u011flar\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>\u201cUltraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n DNA \u00fczerine zararl\u0131 etkileri mevcut\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n olumsuz etkilerine de de\u011finen Prof. Dr. Ertam Sa\u011fduyu, \u201cFotoya\u015flanma, derin k\u0131r\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar, telenjiektaziler (k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kan damarlar\u0131n\u0131n belirginle\u015fmesi), siyah nokta ve sivilce benzeri lezyonlarda artma ile kendini g\u00f6sterebilir. G\u00fcne\u015f maruziyeti sonras\u0131 g\u00f6zlerde hasar ve \u00f6zellikle koyu tenli ki\u015filerde, y\u00fcz b\u00f6lgesinde melazma denilen koyu renkli lekeler de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. \u00a0Ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n DNA \u00fczerine zararl\u0131 etkileri mevcuttur. DNA hasar\u0131 ile \u00e7e\u015fitli mutasyonlar geli\u015febilir. UV maruziyeti sonras\u0131; kansere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilen aktinik keratoz; yass\u0131 h\u00fccreli kanser, bazal h\u00fccreli kanser ve melanom gibi deri kanseri t\u00fcrlerinde art\u0131\u015f olabilir. \u00d6zellikle \u00e7ocukluk ve ergenlik d\u00f6nemindeki g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131klar\u0131, ileride olu\u015fabilecek deri kanserleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk ta\u015f\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00fcne\u015f ile ilgili dermatolojik hastal\u0131klara dikkat \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. \u0130lgen Ertam Sa\u011fduyu, \u201cG\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6ren yerlerde su toplamayla birlikte k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k, egzama, ka\u015f\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131, deriden kabar\u0131k kurde\u015fen lezyonlar\u0131 veya telenjiektaziler izlenebilir. Ayr\u0131ca \u00f6zellikle ense b\u00f6lgesinde deride uzun s\u00fcreli ka\u015f\u0131nt\u0131 sonras\u0131 belirgin kal\u0131nla\u015fma ve deri \u00e7izgilerinde art\u0131\u015f meydana gelebilir. G\u00fcl hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve baz\u0131 romatolojik hastal\u0131klarda g\u00fcne\u015f maruziyeti sonras\u0131 hastal\u0131kta \u015fiddetlenme meydana gelebilir. Do\u011fum kontrol haplar\u0131, izotretinoin, baz\u0131 tansiyon ila\u00e7lar\u0131, psikiyatrik ila\u00e7lar, baz\u0131 antibiyotikler ve kemoterap\u00f6tik ajanlar gibi ila\u00e7lar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131ndan sonra g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6ren alanlarda g\u00fcne\u015fe duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n artmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 belirgin k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k, hassasiyet meydana gelebilir. \u00d6zellikle g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n daha dik geldi\u011fi saatlerde g\u00fcne\u015f koruyucu s\u00fcrmeden denize girilmesi veya uzun s\u00fcreli y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fler sonras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131kta kalan alanlarda k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k, su toplama, yanma, batma \u015feklinde kendini g\u00f6steren g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131\u011f\u0131 meydana gelebilir. Tedavide \u0131slak pansuman, k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli topikal kortikosteroidler, deri yenilenmesini h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 topikal ila\u00e7lar kullan\u0131labilir. Bol su i\u00e7ilmeli, bol k\u0131yafetler giyilmeli ve g\u00fcne\u015ften korunulmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eikayetler ge\u00e7medi\u011fi takdirde doktora ba\u015fvurulmal\u0131d\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cYeterli ve e\u015fit miktarda g\u00fcne\u015f kremi s\u00fcr\u00fclmeli\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">G\u00fcne\u015ften korunman\u0131n \u00a0fiziksel ve kimyasal y\u00f6ntemlerle sa\u011flanabildi\u011fini belirten Prof. Dr. Ertam Sa\u011fduyu, \u201cFiziksel korunma; g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, geni\u015f \u015fapkalar, kal\u0131n kuma\u015fl\u0131 ve uzun kollu k\u0131yafetler, \u015femsiye gibi ara\u00e7larla sa\u011flanabilir. G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n deriye daha dik ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 11.00-15.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015ften ka\u00e7\u0131nmak \u00f6nemlidir. G\u00fcne\u015f koruyucular i\u00e7erdikleri etken maddelere g\u00f6re fiziksel veya kimyasal korunma sa\u011flar. Fiziksel etkili koruyucular, bariyer olu\u015fturarak \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 deriden yans\u0131tarak etki eder. Tahri\u015f edici ve alerjik olmamalar\u0131 nedeniyle daha g\u00fcvenilirdirler. Kimyasal etkili koruyucular ise UVA ya da UVB\u2019yi absorbe ederek deriye ge\u00e7i\u015fi azalt\u0131rlar.
