Seminerde, modern t\u0131bb\u0131n en \u00f6nemli teknolojik kulvarlar\u0131ndan biri olan biyosens\u00f6rlerin tarihsel geli\u015fimi ve g\u00fcncel t\u0131bbi uygulamalardaki kritik rol\u00fc ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seminerde konu\u015fan ve uluslararas\u0131 alanda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara imza atm\u0131\u015f Karolinska Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc T\u0131p B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc T\u0131bbi Sens\u00f6rler ve Diyagnostik Ekip Lideri Assist. Prof. Dr. Onur Parlak, biyosens\u00f6r teknolojisinin 1970\u2019li y\u0131llardaki hantal masa\u00fcst\u00fc cihazlardan, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn giyilebilir ve s\u00fcrekli takip sa\u011flayan sistemlerine evrilen s\u00fcrecini payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prof. Dr. Onur Parlak, ekip olarak temel odak noktalar\u0131n\u0131n insan anatomisini merkeze alarak biyosens\u00f6r tecr\u00fcbelerini do\u011frudan klinik t\u0131bbi uygulamalara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. \u00d6zellikle melanom (cilt kanseri) taramas\u0131 \u00fczerine y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya dikkat \u00e7eken Prof. Dr. Parlak, \u201cHekimlerin klinik ortamda h\u0131zl\u0131 ve do\u011fru tan\u0131 koyabilmesi amac\u0131yla mikro-i\u011fne bazl\u0131 elektrokimyasal sens\u00f6rler tasarlad\u0131k. Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz cihaz, t\u00fcm\u00f6r dokusundaki tirosinaz gibi hedef molek\u00fcllerin sadece varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmekle kalm\u0131yor, ayn\u0131 zamanda konsantrasyonunu da hassas bir \u015fekilde \u00f6l\u00e7ebiliyor. Matematiksel modelleme ve sim\u00fclasyonlarla poli\u00fcretan ve PEDOT:PSS kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndan ideal form\u00fcl\u00fc geli\u015ftirdik. Silikon kal\u0131plamayla \u00fcretti\u011fimiz bu mikro-i\u011fnelerle, cilde zarar vermeden kesintisiz sinyal almay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131k\u201d \u00a0dedi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Giyilebilir biyosens\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fcretimi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma prensibi<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tasarlad\u0131klar\u0131 ac\u0131s\u0131z sens\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00fcretim, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve test s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini payla\u015fan Prof. Dr. Parlak, \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda amac\u0131m\u0131z, sens\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczle son derece \u00f6zg\u00fcl bir molek\u00fcl olan tirosinaz\u0131 tespit etmektir. Bunu sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u00fcretim a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan silanizasyon ve L-DOPA kullanarak \u00f6zel bir y\u00fczey kimyas\u0131 y\u00f6ntemi uyguluyoruz; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc L-DOPA yaln\u0131zca tirosinaz enzimiyle etkile\u015fime girer. Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz mikro-i\u011fne sistemini derinin \u00fcst tabakas\u0131na yerle\u015ftirip yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 saniye tutarak, dokular aras\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131daki (interstitial fluid) hedef molek\u00fcl\u00fc ve deri\u015fimini 10 dakika boyunca takip edebiliyoruz. Ard\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz elektrokimyasal testlerle gerekli verileri elde ediyoruz. \u00d6zetle; pratik \u015fekilde temin etti\u011fimiz mikro-i\u011fne yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kendi geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz kimyasal ad\u0131mlarla fonksiyonelle\u015ftirerek kullan\u0131ma haz\u0131r h\u00e2le getiriyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Giyilebilir biyosens\u00f6rler ve yapay deri teknolojisi<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bu biyosens\u00f6rlerin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 engelleri ve \u00fcrettikleri yapay deri modellerine de\u011finen Prof. Dr. Parlak, \u201cGeli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz mikro-i\u011fneler, cildin \u00fcst tabakas\u0131nda 200-300 mikrometre derinli\u011fe inerek zengin i\u00e7eri\u011fe sahip dokular aras\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131ya ula\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bu teknolojilerin klinik ve ticari kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck pazar k\u00e2rl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00e7oklu biyomarker gereksinimi gibi t\u0131bbi belirsizlikler bulunsa da yapay zek\u00e2 deste\u011fiyle \u2018tak ve unut\u2019 prensibine sahip ak\u0131ll\u0131 biyosens\u00f6rler hedeflemekteyiz.
