D\u00fcnyada her y\u0131l 17 milyon insan\u0131n inme ge\u00e7irdi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Prof. Dr. \u015eirin, \u201cBu d\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde dakikada 1 ki\u015fi inme ge\u00e7iriyor anlam\u0131na gelir. 6 milyon ki\u015fi ise inme nedeni ile ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitiriyor. Her 6 ki\u015fiden 1\u2019i hayat\u0131 boyunca bir kez inmeyi ya\u015f\u0131yor. T\u00dc\u0130K verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de inmeden \u00f6l\u00fcm say\u0131s\u0131 son y\u0131llarda y\u0131lda 40 bin civar\u0131nda ve yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u0131lda 100 bin iskemik ve 40 bin de hemorajik inme g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u2018Zaman beyindir\u2019 inme h\u0131zl\u0131 m\u00fcdahale ile tedavi edilebilir bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r. Bunlar aras\u0131nda; sigara i\u00e7imi, hipertansiyon, \u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, dislipidemi, obezite, sedanter ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 gibi ateroskleroz risk fakt\u00f6rleri ba\u015fta gelir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>R\u0130SK EN AZA \u0130ND\u0130R\u0130LEB\u0130L\u0130R<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ege \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi \u0130nme Merkez Sorumlusu da olan Prof. Dr. \u015eirin, inme riskinin al\u0131nacak koruyucu \u00f6nlemlerle en aza indirilebilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekip, \u201c\u0130nme geli\u015fiminde rol oynayan ya\u015f, cinsiyet, \u0131rksal k\u00f6ken, ailede benzer hastal\u0131k olmas\u0131 gibi baz\u0131 risk fakt\u00f6rlerini de\u011fi\u015ftirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Ancak bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan, inme ge\u00e7irmenize neden olabilecek baz\u0131 etmenleri denetim alt\u0131na alabilmeniz ve riski azaltabilmeniz m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu ba\u011flamda, hipertansiyon, diyabet, ritm bozuklu\u011fu (atrial fibrilasyon), y\u00fcksek lipid d\u00fczeyleri, sigara, yo\u011fun alkol kullan\u0131m\u0131, \u015fi\u015fmanl\u0131k, hareketsiz ya\u015fam gibi de\u011fi\u015ftirilebilen risk fakt\u00f6rleri ile m\u00fccadele etmek gerekir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130nme riskinizi azaltmak i\u00e7in yapman\u0131z gerekenler:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Kan Bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 Takip Edin: Y\u00fcksek kan bas\u0131nc\u0131, hem damar t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucu geli\u015fen (iskemik) hem de damar y\u0131rt\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucu geli\u015fen (hemorajik) inmenin bir numaral\u0131 sebebidir. Kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 ne kadar y\u00fcksekse, inme riski de o kadar artmaktad\u0131r. Kan bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n bilinmesi ve y\u0131lda en az iki kez kontrol edilmesi \u00f6nerilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Tedavilerinizi Aksatmay\u0131n: Atrial fibrilasyon denilen s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan ritim bozuklu\u011fu inmenin \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biridir. Bu ritim bozuklu\u011fu, kalp i\u00e7inde p\u0131ht\u0131 olu\u015fumuna yol a\u00e7abilir. Atrial fibrilasyonu olan hastalar\u0131n kan suland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenli kullanmalar\u0131 ve gerekiyorsa ila\u00e7la ilgili kan kontrollerini d\u00fczenli yapt\u0131rmalar\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sonland\u0131r\u0131n: Sigara inme riskini artt\u0131ran \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerden biridir. Sigara i\u00e7enlerin i\u00e7meyenlere g\u00f6re inme ge\u00e7irme riskinin en az 2-3 kat artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. Ba\u015fka bir\u00e7ok hastal\u0131k i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli bir risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc olan sigara kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Alkol kullanmay\u0131n: Alkol kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 inmeden korunmada \u00f6nerilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Kolesterol d\u00fczeylerinizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcn: Y\u00fcksek kolesterol d\u00fczeylerinin inme riskini artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya konulmu\u015ftur. Bu tabloda beslenme b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Diyeti, egzersizi ve kullan\u0131yorsan\u0131z ilac\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 aksatmaman\u0131z gerekir. Kolesterol ila\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 doktorunuzun \u00f6nerdi\u011fi \u015fekilde kullan\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Ya\u015fam bi\u00e7iminizi g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irin: Uyku d\u00fczeni, beslenme, egzersiz yapma, ila\u00e7lar\u0131n d\u00fczenli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda doktorlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6nerilerini yerine getirin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 D\u00fczenli egzersiz yap\u0131n: Egzersiz yapmaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin. Belirli bir ya\u015f\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcndeki hastalar i\u00e7in en uygun egzersiz y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. G\u00fcnde 10.000 ad\u0131m atmaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Diyetinize dikkat edin: Beslenme inme riskini etkileyen \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerden biridir.
