Kanserle Sava\u015f Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve Uygulama Merkezi ile Solunum Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Merkezi (EGESAM) ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi b\u00fcnyesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen etkinlik, &#8220;2026\u2019da Ulusal Akci\u011fer Kanseri Kongresinde Neler Konu\u015ftuk?&#8221; ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla d\u00fczenlendi. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6nde gelen uzmanlar\u0131; kongre s\u00fcrecinde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, en son klinik verileri ve hasta odakl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m modellerini kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirerek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n gelece\u011fine y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli projeksiyonlar sundular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan E\u00dc T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Anabilim Dal\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Tuncay G\u00f6ksel ile Kanserle Sava\u015f Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. Fatma Sert, etkinli\u011fin akci\u011fer kanseri fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve akademik bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 kritik \u00f6neme de\u011findi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Program\u0131n ana hedeflerine y\u00f6nelik a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Do\u00e7. Dr. Fatma Sert, \u201cBu y\u0131l akci\u011fer kanseri alan\u0131nda devrim niteli\u011finde geli\u015fmeler ya\u015fand\u0131. \u00c7e\u015fitli imk\u00e2ns\u0131zl\u0131klar veya sponsorluk s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 nedeniyle ulusal kongreye kat\u0131lamayan asistanlar\u0131m\u0131z ve gen\u00e7 hekimlerimiz i\u00e7in bu multidisipliner zirveyi organize ettik. Ege \u00dcniversitesinin kongrede sunum yapm\u0131\u015f, alan\u0131nda deneyimli hocalar\u0131n\u0131 asistanlar\u0131m\u0131zla bulu\u015fturarak hem bilgilerini tazelemeyi hem de onlara o kongre atmosferini ya\u015fatmay\u0131 hedefledik. Program kapsam\u0131nda g\u00fcncel tarama y\u00f6ntemlerinden evrelemeye, sigara b\u0131rakt\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan b\u00f6lgemizde s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen mezotelyoma ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck h\u00fccreli akci\u011fer kanserine kadar t\u00fcm kritik ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 genel hatlar\u0131yla ele al\u0131yoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Etkinli\u011fin ilk b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00f6zellikle akci\u011fer kanseri taramalar\u0131nda klasik yakla\u015f\u0131mlardan yeni y\u00f6ntemlere ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcreci tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Prof. Dr. Deniz Nart ve Prof. Dr. Serdar \u00d6zk\u00f6k\u2019\u00fcn moderat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen oturumda, Prof. Dr. Tuncay G\u00f6ksel akci\u011fer kanseri taramas\u0131ndaki teknolojik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cEn b\u00fcy\u00fck devrimimiz yapay zek\u00e2 teknolojisidir\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sunumunda akci\u011fer kanseri ile m\u00fccadelede erken tan\u0131n\u0131n hayati \u00f6neminden bahseden\u00a0Prof. Dr. Tuncay G\u00f6ksel, \u201cAkci\u011fer kanseri, t\u00fcm vakalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 12&#8217;sini olu\u015fturmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen kanser \u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin y\u00fczde 18&#8217;inden sorumlu olan en \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl kanser t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. En b\u00fcy\u00fck hedefimiz, t\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn her t\u00fcrl\u00fcs\u00fcyle m\u00fccadele edip erken te\u015fhisi art\u0131rarak \u00f6l\u00fcm oranlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmektir. Maalesef \u00fclkemizde hastalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 54&#8217;\u00fc ancak d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc evrede yakalanabiliyor ve cerrahiye uygun erken evre oran\u0131 sadece y\u00fczde 18&#8217;de kal\u0131yor. Oysa riskli bireylerde y\u0131lda bir yap\u0131lan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck doz bilgisayarl\u0131 tomografi (BT) taramalar\u0131, \u00f6l\u00fcm oranlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 33&#8217;e varan oranda azalt\u0131yor. Bu m\u00fccadeledeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck devrimimiz ise yapay zek\u00e2 (AI) teknolojisidir. BT g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerindeki nod\u00fcl hacimlerini hassas\u00e7a \u00f6l\u00e7erek taramalar\u0131n duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131karan yapay zek\u00e2, hata pay\u0131n\u0131 minimize ediyor ve gelece\u011fin tarama programlar\u0131nda vazge\u00e7ilmez bir rol oynuyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bilimleri \u00dcniversitesi \u0130zmir T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Radyasyon Onkolojisi Anabilim Dal\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Esra Korkmaz K\u0131rakl\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sunulan \u201c9. TNM Evrelemesi: Neler De\u011fi\u015fti?\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 sunumunda 9. evreleme s\u00fcrecinde ilk kez yapay zek\u00e2n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve molek\u00fcler veri taban\u0131 olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ad\u0131mlar at\u0131larak \u015fu an 113 noktada molek\u00fcler veri bilgisine ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.
