D\u00fcnya Dekolonizasyon Forumu\u2019na kat\u0131lan Prof. Dr. \u00c7etin Kaya Ko\u00e7, teknolojinin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 “tekno-kolonyalizm” boyutuna dikkat \u00e7ekerek, yaz\u0131l\u0131m ve yapay zekan\u0131n k\u00fcresel bir s\u00f6m\u00fcrge arac\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u0130stanbul\u2019da d\u00fczenlenen ve k\u00fcresel d\u00fczeyde pek \u00e7ok entelekt\u00fceli bir araya getiren D\u00fcnya Dekolonizasyon Forumu\u2019na kat\u0131lan Ege \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. \u00c7etin Kaya Ko\u00e7, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fin dijital d\u00fcnyadaki yeni y\u00fcz\u00fc olan “tekno-kolonyalizm” hakk\u0131nda \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu. Forumda \u00f6zellikle teknoloji ve yapay zekan\u0131n siyasi tahakk\u00fcm ara\u00e7lar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi konusunu ele alan Prof. Dr. Ko\u00e7, modern d\u00fcnyada ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n sadece toprak b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcyle de\u011fil, teknolojik egemenlikle de \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade etti.<\/p>\n
Forumun kapsam\u0131 ve dekolonizasyon s\u00fcrecinin tarihsel derinli\u011fi hakk\u0131nda bilgiler veren Prof. Dr. \u00c7etin Kaya Ko\u00e7, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fin sadece fiziksel bir i\u015fgal olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Prof. Dr. Ko\u00e7, \u201cCo\u011frafyam\u0131z da dahil olmak \u00fczere d\u00fcnyan\u0131n pek \u00e7ok b\u00f6lgesi, 500 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir kolonizasyon s\u00fcreci ya\u015fad\u0131. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik sadece topraklar\u0131 i\u015fgal edip insanlar\u0131 k\u00f6lele\u015ftirmekle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmad\u0131. Dilimizi ve entelekt\u00fcel d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131 da derinden etkiledi. Bug\u00fcn kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z pek \u00e7ok terim, asl\u0131nda s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilerin bize miras b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifadelerdir. En basit \u00f6rne\u011fiyle ‘Orta Do\u011fu’ kavram\u0131 bile bir kolonizasyon terimidir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Dekolonizasyon Forumu\u2019nun amac\u0131, bireysel olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ortak bir zeminde toplamak, entelekt\u00fcellerin bu konular\u0131 tart\u0131\u015farak toplumlar\u0131 ayd\u0131nlatmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Dijital s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fin yeni ad\u0131: Tekno-kolonyalizm<\/strong><\/p>\n Teknolojinin tarihsel geli\u015fimine bizzat tan\u0131kl\u0131k etti\u011fini vurgulayan Prof. Dr. Ko\u00e7, Silikon Vadisi merkezli yap\u0131lar\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde nas\u0131l birer g\u00fc\u00e7 oda\u011f\u0131 haline geldi\u011fini anlatt\u0131. Panelde, ABD ve \u0130ngiltere\u2019den gelen uzmanlarla “tekno-kolonyalizm” konusunu tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Prof. Dr. Ko\u00e7, \u201cS\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik, her zaman farkl\u0131 ara\u00e7lar kullanarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek ister. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu ara\u00e7lar art\u0131k yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar, sosyal medya ve yapay zeka gibi teknolojik unsurlard\u0131r. Silikon Vadisi\u2019nde \u00fcretilen teknolojiler, milyarder \u00fcreticiler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla siyasi birer tahakk\u00fcm arac\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n “Yaz\u0131l\u0131m d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ‘bul ve yok et’ odakl\u0131 bir yap\u0131ya evrildi”<\/strong><\/p>\n Teknolojinin askerile\u015fmesi konusundaki tehlikelere de de\u011finen Prof. Dr. \u00c7etin Kaya Ko\u00e7, sivil ama\u00e7larla geli\u015ftirilmesi gereken projelerin h\u0131zla sava\u015f sanayisine hizmet eder hale geldi\u011fini savundu. Prof. Dr. Ko\u00e7, \u201cSilikon Vadisi art\u0131k askeri teknolojiyi de bir inovasyon alan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor.
