E\u00dc T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Histoloji ve Embriyoloji Anabilim Dal\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Altu\u011f Yava\u015fo\u011flu\u2019nun y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlendi\u011fi \u201cStandart I\u015f\u0131k Mikroskoplar\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in Yapay Zek\u00e2 Destekli G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc Birle\u015ftirme (WSI) ve Otomatik Netlik Restorasyonu Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n Geli\u015ftirilmesi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 proje, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019tan destek almaya hak kazand\u0131. Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Musa Alc\u0131, Prof. Dr. Altu\u011f Yava\u015fo\u011flu\u2019nu tebrik ederek ba\u015far\u0131lar diledi.<\/p>\n

Proje kapsam\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilecek yaz\u0131l\u0131m ile standart \u0131\u015f\u0131k mikroskoplar\u0131ndan elde edilen g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin yapay zek\u00e2 deste\u011fiyle birle\u015ftirilmesi WSI (T\u00fcm Slayt G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme) ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme s\u0131ras\u0131nda olu\u015fan netlik kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n otomatik olarak restore edilmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n

Proje hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Prof. Dr. Altu\u011f Yava\u015fo\u011flu, \u201cProjemiz; y\u00fcksek maliyetleri nedeniyle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck b\u00fct\u00e7eli laboratuvarlar ve periferik hastaneler i\u00e7in eri\u015filmesi g\u00fc\u00e7 olan t\u00fcm slayt g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme cihazlar\u0131na uygun maliyetli, yerli ve yapay zek\u00e2 destekli bir yaz\u0131l\u0131m alternatifi geli\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Standart \u0131\u015f\u0131k mikroskoplar\u0131ndan al\u0131nan manuel g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin birle\u015ftirilmesinde ya\u015fanan odak kayb\u0131, hayalet diki\u015f izleri ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerin birle\u015ftirilememesi gibi donan\u0131msal veya algoritmik sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmek \u00fczere; fizik tabanl\u0131 sentetik veri \u00fcretimi ile e\u011fitilen, Transformer tabanl\u0131 derin \u00f6\u011frenme mimarileriyle netlik restorasyonu yapan ve ‘LoFTR’ algoritmas\u0131 kullanarak \u00f6zelliklerin belirgin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 dokularda dahi kusursuz birle\u015ftirme sa\u011flayan yenilik\u00e7i bir masa\u00fcst\u00fc yaz\u0131l\u0131m prototipi \u00fcretece\u011fiz.
