Mevcut kemoterapilere s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 yan\u0131t vermesi ve y\u00fcksek metastaz riski ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131 nedeniyle tedavisi en zor kanser t\u00fcrleri aras\u0131nda yer almaktad\u0131r. Bu noktadan hareketle, TNBK i\u00e7in yeni ve etkili bir strateji geli\u015ftirmeyi hedefledik. Projemizde; agresif ve tedaviye diren\u00e7li bu kanser t\u00fcr\u00fcnde etkinli\u011fi art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla; \u0131\u015f\u0131kla tetiklenen (fototermal ve fotodinamik) tedaviler ile kemoterapiyi tek bir nano yap\u0131da birle\u015ftiren, biyouyumlu ve yenilik\u00e7i bir hibrit nanoplatform sentezledik. Bu sistemin terap\u00f6tik potansiyelini klinik \u00f6ncesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla ortaya koyduk. Elde etti\u011fimiz sonu\u00e7lar olduk\u00e7a umut verici; geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz hibrit yap\u0131n\u0131n kanser h\u00fccrelerinin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne sebep oldu\u011funu ve h\u00fccrelerin \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 engelledi\u011fini saptad\u0131k. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zla, \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc negatif meme kanseri tedavisinde y\u00fcksek etkinli\u011fe sahip, yeni nesil bir tedavi ajan\u0131 geli\u015ftirilebilece\u011fini bilimsel
