Bu nedenle kendimize \u2018Bu durum bana ne anlat\u0131yor?\u2019 sorusunu sormak ve affetme \u00fczerinden i\u00e7sel fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek gerekir bu da ruhsal b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar\u0131ndan biridir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cAffettiklerimiz bizi \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirir\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Affetmenin temelde \u00f6fke duygusuyla ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. Ay\u015feg\u00fcl D\u00f6nmez, s\u00fcrecin insan\u0131n ruhsal, sosyal ve spirit\u00fcel yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. Prof. Dr. D\u00f6nmez, \u201cKendimi affetmekte zorlan\u0131yorum diyenler mutlaka vard\u0131r; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7o\u011fumuz asl\u0131nda en \u00e7ok kendimizi affetmekte g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekeriz. Yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmelerde baz\u0131 ki\u015filerin kendisini, \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fun ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131, baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ise ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumu affedemedi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz; demek ki bug\u00fcn kendimizi, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 ve hayat\u0131n i\u00e7indeki olaylar\u0131 affetme \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. Ancak her \u015feyi affetmek zorunda de\u011filiz; affetmek bilin\u00e7li bir tercihtir. \u015eunu unutmamal\u0131y\u0131z ki affettiklerimiz bizi \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirir. Affetme; \u00f6fke, kin ve y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 duygular\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p yerlerine merhamet ve empatiyi koyabilme becerisidir. \u00c7ocukluk d\u00f6neminden bug\u00fcne ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fcklerle y\u00fczle\u015fmeden bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaz; amac\u0131m\u0131z bu duygusal y\u00fckleri fark ederek daha sa\u011fduyulu ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir ruh haline ula\u015fmakt\u0131r, b\u00f6ylece toplumda ya\u015fanan istenmeyen olaylar\u0131n, su\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebiliriz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cAffedicilik ruhsal iyile\u015fme s\u00fcrecidir\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Affedicili\u011fin psikolojik bir ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Prof. Dr. D\u00f6nmez, \u201c1950\u2019li y\u0131llardan itibaren bilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 kazan\u0131rken, 1980\u2019lerle birlikte ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz; art\u0131k insan\u0131 hastane duvarlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda de\u011fil, ya\u015fam\u0131n i\u00e7inde anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir yakla\u015f\u0131m benimsendi. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te affedicilik kavram\u0131 da yaln\u0131zca dini ya da etik bir \u00f6\u011freti olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p psikolojinin bilimsel inceleme alan\u0131na girdi. Oysa insan\u0131n ruhsal yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 anlamadan aff\u0131 konu\u015famay\u0131z; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc hepimizin i\u00e7inde Freud\u2019un tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130d, Ego ve S\u00fcperego\u2019nun \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 vard\u0131r ve \u00f6zellikle \u0130d, bast\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6fke ve k\u0131rg\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n birikti\u011fi bir alan\u0131 temsil eder. E\u011fer bu birikimi sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde bo\u015faltamazsak hem bireysel hem toplumsal d\u00fczeyde sorunlar ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olur. Y\u0131llar \u00f6nce ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131kla m\u00fccadele kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u2018Maddeden Manaya Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zla\u015fma\u2019 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda da g\u00f6rd\u00fck ki, insan\u0131n y\u00f6neldi\u011fi zararl\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n temelinde \u00e7o\u011fu zaman doldurulamayan bir anlam bo\u015flu\u011fu vard\u0131r; i\u015fte affedicilik tam da bu noktada, ruhsal iyilik halini in\u015fa eden, insan\u0131 y\u00fcklerinden ar\u0131nd\u0131ran g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir psikolojik s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201c\u0130\u00e7sel bar\u0131\u015f, kendini affetmenin kap\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do\u00e7. Dr. \u015eeyda D\u00fclgerler ise affetme terapilerinin bireyin ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 incinme ve haks\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 yo\u011fun duygularla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan psikoterap\u00f6tik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar oldu\u011funu belirtti. Oysa terap\u00f6tik ba\u011flamda affetme, ki\u015finin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 olay\u0131 ink\u00e2r etmesi de\u011fil; o deneyimin \u00fczerindeki duygusal y\u00fck\u00fc hafifletmesi ve i\u00e7sel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yeniden kazanmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. Biz burada bireyin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ac\u0131y\u0131 yok saym\u0131yoruz; tam tersine, o ac\u0131y\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde i\u015fleyebilmesini hedefliyoruz. Affetmenin psikolojik temellerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ise bunu \u00fc\u00e7 boyutta ele al\u0131yoruz: bili\u015fsel, duygusal ve davran\u0131\u015fsal. Bili\u015fsel boyutta, ya\u015fanan olay\u0131n yeniden anlamland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kat\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kal\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n esnetilmesi \u00f6nemlidir. Duygusal boyutta, \u00f6fke, kin ve utan\u00e7 gibi yo\u011fun duygular\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesi \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r\u0131z. Davran\u0131\u015fsal boyutta ise ki\u015finin ka\u00e7\u0131nma ve geri \u00e7ekilme \u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerini azaltmay\u0131, daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ili\u015fki kurma bi\u00e7imlerini desteklemeyi hedefleriz. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar affetmenin psikolojik iyi olu\u015f ve \u00f6z-\u015fefkat ile pozitif; depresyon ve ruminasyon ile ise negatif y\u00f6nde ili\u015fkili oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Bu nedenle affetmeyi yaln\u0131zca bir erdem ya da ahlaki bir tutum olarak de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda travma sonras\u0131 anlam kurma ve \u00f6z-onar\u0131m mekanizmas\u0131 olarak da de\u011ferlendiriyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cAffetmek ta\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakmay\u0131 se\u00e7mektir\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Affetmenin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engellere de\u011finen Do\u00e7. Dr. \u015eeyda D\u00fclgerler, Affedersem yap\u0131lan\u0131 kabul etmi\u015f olurum\u2019, \u2018Affetmek zay\u0131fl\u0131kt\u0131r\u2019 ya da \u2018Unutmak zorunday\u0131m\u2019 gibi inan\u00e7lar, bireyin \u00f6fke ve k\u0131rg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kimliksel bir savunmaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebiliyor. Burada b\u0131rakmak, unutmak de\u011fil; duygusal y\u00fck\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131nabilir hale getirmektir.
