Uzmanlar; diyabet y\u00f6netiminden sahurda yap\u0131lan kritik hatalara, iftardaki \u201cmola\u201d sisteminden s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimine kadar geni\u015f bir yol haritas\u0131 sunarak vatanda\u015flar\u0131 uyard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Orucun, hem ruhun hem de bedenin bir ar\u0131nma metodu oldu\u011funu ifade eden Do\u00e7. Sahur kesinlikle yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle y\u00fcksek ya\u011fl\u0131 ve \u015feker i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00fcksek besinlerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130deal olan, klasik bir kahvalt\u0131 taba\u011f\u0131 ile sahur yapmakt\u0131r.
