Bu kapsamda, gen\u00e7lerin staj ve kariyer planlamas\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde en \u00e7ok merak etti\u011fi konulara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmek ve Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 himayelerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u201cUlusal Staj Program\u0131\u201dn\u0131 tan\u0131tmak amac\u0131yla Ege \u00dcniversitesi Merkez K\u00fct\u00fcphanesinde bilgilendirme stand\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ege \u00dcniversitesi Kariyer Planlama ve Ba\u015far\u0131 Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc \u00d6\u011fr. G\u00f6r. Ebru Kalyoncu, \u201c\u00d6\u011frencilerimizin teorik e\u011fitimlerini pratik deneyimlerle ta\u00e7land\u0131rmalar\u0131, mezuniyet sonras\u0131 istihdam edilebilirlikleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Ulusal Staj Program\u0131, gen\u00e7lerimize hem kamu kurumlar\u0131nda hem de \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn se\u00e7kin kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda liyakat esasl\u0131 staj yapma imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunan \u00e7ok de\u011ferli bir kap\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 himayelerinde ve T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Kurumu koordinasyonunda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen Ulusal Staj Program\u0131\u2019na y\u00f6nelik fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefleyen Koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fck olarak hedefimiz, her bir \u00f6\u011frencimizin bu f\u0131rsatlardan en verimli \u015fekilde yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcrecinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 sorulara rehberlik ederek kariyer yolculuklar\u0131nda yanlar\u0131nda oldu\u011fumuzu hissettirmektir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u00e7\u0131lan stantta, uzman personel e\u015fli\u011finde \u00f6\u011frencilerin program hakk\u0131ndaki sorular\u0131 yan\u0131tlan\u0131rken, ba\u015fvuru a\u015famas\u0131nda dikkat edilmesi gereken teknik detaylar ve stratejik ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Bilgilendirme stand\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca program\u0131n sundu\u011fu imk\u00e2nlar, staj s\u00fcrecinin i\u015fleyi\u015fi ve mesleki geli\u015fim \u00fczerindeki katk\u0131lar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda detayl\u0131 sunumlar yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gen\u00e7lerin i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u00fcrecinde \u00f6nemli bir basamak olan Ulusal Staj Program\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurular dijital ortamda devam ediyor.
