Ege \u00dcniversitesi, hasta g\u00fcvenli\u011fini \u00f6nceleyen yenilik\u00e7i bir projeyi daha hayata ge\u00e7iriyor. Ege \u00dcniversitesi T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi T\u0131p E\u011fitimi Anabilim Dal\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. \u00d6zlem S\u00fcrel Karabilgin \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cDi\u015f Hekimli\u011fi Tedavilerinde T\u0131bbi Acil Durumlar \u0130\u00e7in Ulusal Rehberin Geli\u015ftirilmesi ve Klinik Karar Destek Sistemi Tabanl\u0131 Mobil Rehber Uygulamas\u0131\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 proje, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK-ARDEB 1001 \u2013 Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Projelerini Destekleme Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda desteklenmeye hak kazand\u0131.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Di\u015f hekimli\u011fi tedavileri s\u0131ras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilen t\u0131bbi acil durumlara y\u00f6nelik uygulama farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 gidermeyi ama\u00e7layan proje kapsam\u0131nda, bu alanda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk ulusal rehberi haz\u0131rlanacak ve rehber klinik karar destek sistemi (CDSS) tabanl\u0131 bir mobil uygulamaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Musa Alc\u0131, proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. \u00d6zlem S\u00fcrel Karabilgin \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc\u2019y\u00fc ve proje ekibini tebrik etti.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Proje hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren<\/span>\u00a0Do\u00e7. Dr. \u00d6zlem S\u00fcrel Karabilgin \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc, \u201cDi\u015f hekimli\u011fi tedavileri s\u0131ras\u0131nda geli\u015febilen t\u0131bbi acil durumlar, hasta g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli riskler olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu durumlara y\u00f6nelik g\u00fcncel, b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl ve ulusal d\u00fczeyde standardize edilmi\u015f bir klinik rehberin bulunmamas\u0131, acil m\u00fcdahale s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde uygulama farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na ve bak\u0131m kalitesinde tutars\u0131zl\u0131klara yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Bu proje, s\u00f6z konusu ihtiyaca yan\u0131t olarak, di\u015f hekimli\u011fi tedavilerinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan t\u0131bbi acil durumlar\u0131n y\u00f6netimine y\u00f6nelik \u00fclkemizin ilk ulusal rehberini geli\u015ftirmeyi ve bu rehberi klinik karar destek sistemi (CDSS) tabanl\u0131 bir mobil uygulamaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Projenin \u00f6zg\u00fcn de\u011ferinden bahseden Do\u00e7. Dr. \u00d6zlem S\u00fcrel Karabilgin \u00d6zt\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc, \u201cEge \u00dcniversitesi ve K\u0131r\u0131kkale \u00dcniversitesi i\u015f birli\u011fiyle, t\u0131p e\u011fitimi, di\u015f hekimli\u011fi, acil t\u0131p, bilgisayar m\u00fchendisli\u011fi ve istatistik alanlar\u0131ndan uzmanlar\u0131n yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok disiplinli bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla, kan\u0131ta dayal\u0131 ve uzman uzla\u015f\u0131s\u0131na dayal\u0131 bir ulusal rehber olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na dayan\u0131yor. Haz\u0131rlanacak rehber, hem PDF format\u0131nda hem de klinik karar destek sistemi entegreli bir mobil uygulama olarak sunulacak. Geli\u015ftirilecek mobil uygulama sayesinde di\u015f hekimleri, klinik ortamda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 acil durumlarda rehber tabanl\u0131 algoritmalar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla h\u0131zl\u0131, do\u011fru ve standart bir karar deste\u011fine kolayl\u0131kla eri\u015febilecek. Proje \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, di\u015f hekimli\u011fi fak\u00fclteleri, meslek \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ve sahada g\u00f6rev yapan di\u015f hekimleriyle payla\u015fmay\u0131; rehber ve mobil uygulamay\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k eri\u015fimli olarak yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle projemiz, hasta g\u00fcvenli\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi, klinik uygulamalarda standardizasyonu sa\u011flamay\u0131 ve di\u015f hekimli\u011finde dijital sa\u011fl\u0131k d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne katk\u0131 sunmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
