Ege \u00dcniversitesi (E\u00dc) Biyomalzemeler ve 3 Boyutlu Biyoarafazlar (EBioPhase) ekibinin \u201cOmurilik Hasar\u0131nda Glial Skar Patofizyolojisine Yo\u0308nelik Hibrit Ekstraselu\u0308ler Veziku\u0308llerle Fonksiyonelles\u0327tirilmis\u0327 Nanolifli Doku I\u0307skelelerinin Etkisinin I\u0307ncelenmesi\u201d isimli projesi T\u00dcB\u0130TAK “1001-Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Projelerini Destekleme Program\u0131\u201d kapsam\u0131nda desteklenmeye hak kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n

Dr. Aylin \u015eendemir liderli\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek bu \u00e7ok disiplinli projede E\u00dc T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi Histoloji ve Embriyoloji Anabilim Dal\u0131\u2019ndan Prof. Dr. Yi\u011fit Uyan\u0131kgil, E\u00dc Fen Fak\u00fcltesi Biyokimya B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nden Do\u00e7. Dr. G\u00fcliz Ak Demir\u00f6z ve \u0130zmir Katip \u00c7elebi \u00dcniversitesi Eczac\u0131l\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi Biyokimya Anabilim Dal\u0131\u2019ndan Prof. Dr. Ezgi Turun\u00e7 \u00d6zo\u011flu da ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 olarak yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc Ege \u00dcniversitesi M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi Biyom\u00fchendislik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Aylin \u015eendemir, \u201cEkibimiz, halen devam etmekte olan Avrupa Birli\u011fi (M.Era-Net) projesi kapsam\u0131nda omurilik hasar\u0131n\u0131 v\u00fccut d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda taklit ederek ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel tedavilerin test edilmesini sa\u011flayan deneysel bir model geli\u015ftirmi\u015fti. Yeni proje ile bu model \u00fczerinde biyomalzemelere dayal\u0131 yeni bir tedavi yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeyi planl\u0131yoruz. Omurilik hasar\u0131 sonras\u0131 b\u00f6lgede olu\u015fan ve sinir iyile\u015fmesini engelleyen enflamatuar mikro\u00e7evrenin bask\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bitkisel kaynakl\u0131 vezik\u00fclleri yeni bir biyom\u00fchendislik yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla yeniden bi\u00e7imlendirip, hedefe y\u00f6nelik ila\u00e7 ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 olarak kullanmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. Proje sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n hem omurilik hasar\u0131n\u0131n tedavisine yeni bir soluk getirmesi, hem de geli\u015ftirilecek hedefleme y\u00f6nteminin ba\u015fka pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131kta kullan\u0131m potansiyelinin de\u011ferlendirilmesini bekliyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
