Ancak ekran ba\u015f\u0131nda ge\u00e7irilen uzun saatler, gen\u00e7lerin hem psikolojik hem zihinsel hem de fiziksel sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit ediyor. Dijital yorgunluk, \u00f6zellikle \u00f6\u011frencilerde dikkat da\u011f\u0131n\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaratarak \u00f6\u011frenme motivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesine ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla akademik ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n etkilenmesine neden oluyor. Dijitalle\u015fme ile birlikte ileti\u015fim,\u00a0 sosyal medya platformlar\u0131,\u00a0 oyun, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f, e\u011fitim, finans uygulamalar\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok alanda hayat\u0131m\u0131z kolayla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
