T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de deri ve deri \u00fcr\u00fcnleri sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik lisans ve lisans\u00fcst\u00fc d\u00fczeyde e\u011fitim veren tek y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim kurum olan Ege \u00dcniversitesi (E\u00dc) M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi Deri M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc bilim insanlar\u0131 nitelikli projeler haz\u0131rlamaya devam ediyor. Ege \u00dcniversitesi M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi Deri M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Ali Yorganc\u0131o\u011flu\u2019nun y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cDeri sanayi kat\u0131 at\u0131klar\u0131ndan s\u00fcperkritik ekstraksiyon y\u00f6ntemi ile ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan do\u011fal ya\u011flar\u0131n biyo-bazl\u0131 ya\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 maddelere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 proje T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1002-A H\u0131zl\u0131 Destek Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda fonlanmaya uygun bulundu.<\/p>\n

Prof. Dr. Behzat Oral Bitlisli, Do\u00e7. Dr. Ali Yorganc\u0131o\u011flu ve Do\u00e7. Dr. Ersin \u00d6nem\u2019den olu\u015fan proje ekibini makam\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rlayarak tebrik eden E\u00dc Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201cTam akredite, \u00f6\u011frenci odakl\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k temal\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversitemizde olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz ara\u015ft\u0131rma geli\u015ftirme ve inovasyon k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc nitelikli projelere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmeye devam ediyor. \u00dclkemizde alan\u0131nda tek olan Deri M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan deri sanayi kat\u0131 at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evre dostu yenilik\u00e7i \u00fcr\u00fcnlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrt\u00fclmesine y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli bir proje hayata ge\u00e7irildi. \u00c7ok \u00f6nemli buldu\u011fum; s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, \u00e7evre dostu ve yenilik\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten projesi ekibini tebrik ediyor, ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 diyorum\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Projenin ama\u00e7 ve hedeflilerini anlatan Do\u00e7. Dr. Ali Yorganc\u0131o\u011flu,\u00a0 \u201cProjede, deri sanayi kat\u0131 at\u0131klar\u0131ndan s\u00fcperkritik ekstraksiyon y\u00f6ntemi ile elde edilen ya\u011f derivatlar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak \u00e7evre dostu ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir biyobazl\u0131 ya\u011flama maddeleri geli\u015ftirilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Projede deri sanayinin kendi at\u0131klar\u0131ndan konvansiyonel petrol bazl\u0131 ya\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lara alternatif olarak d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel \u00fcretim politikas\u0131 ile yine deri sanayinde kullan\u0131lacak biyobazl\u0131, \u00e7evre dostu ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ya\u011flama maddelerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Deri sanayinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00e7evre dostu \u00fcretimin te\u015fvik edilmesini hedefleyen projenin sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131lar\u0131 anlatan Do\u00e7. Dr. Ali Yorganc\u0131o\u011flu,\u00a0 \u00a0\u201cProje \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131, deri sanayinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ve \u00e7evre dostu \u00fcretimin te\u015fvik edilmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6neme sahiptir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde sanayide kullan\u0131lan kimyasal maddelerin \u00e7evresel etkileri giderek daha fazla sorgulanmakta, AB Ye\u015fil Mutabakat\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde biyobazl\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir hammaddelerin kullan\u0131m\u0131 k\u00fcresel pazarlarda bir gereklilik haline gelmektedir. \u00d6zellikle deri sanayisinde kimyasal kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, biyobazl\u0131 alternatiflerin geli\u015ftirilmesi ve karbon ayak izinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. Bu proje ile deri sanayinin at\u0131k y\u00f6netimi sorununa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunulacak ve ayn\u0131 zamanda fosil bazl\u0131 kimyasallara alternatif olarak biyobazl\u0131 ya\u011flama maddelerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Projede geli\u015ftirilecek biyo-bazl\u0131 ya\u011flama maddeleri, fosil kaynakl\u0131 ya\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lara alternatif olarak deri \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine entegre edilecek, bu sayede hem \u00e7evresel hem de ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6nemli kazan\u0131mlar sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, biyobazl\u0131 ya\u011flama maddeleri ile i\u015flenen deri \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, uluslararas\u0131 pazarda artan \u00e7evre dostu ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00fcr\u00fcn talebine uyum sa\u011flayarak ihracat avantaj\u0131 kazanacakt\u0131r.
