Suzhou Nano-Teknoloji ve Nano-Biyonik Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019nde (SINANO) yer alan bask\u0131l\u0131 fotovoltaik ara\u015ft\u0131rma grubu, birka\u00e7 y\u0131ld\u0131r organik\/perovskit g\u00fcne\u015f pilleri i\u00e7in bask\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7leri \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fctmektedir. Bu kapsamda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda; y\u00fcksek iletkenlik ve \u015feffafl\u0131k dengesine sahip g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f nanotel (AgNW) elektrotlar\u0131n ara y\u00fczey y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve enjeksiyonunu iyile\u015ftiren y\u00fcksek iletkenlikte ZnO ara tabakalar\u0131n\u0131n, nanofaz ayr\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan elveri\u015fli fotoaktif tabakalar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131yla bas\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sayede, 1santimetrekare esnek PET altl\u0131k \u00fczerinde y\u00fczde 17\u2019nin \u00fczerinde g\u00fc\u00e7 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm verimlili\u011fine ula\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Uygun ara y\u00fczey koruma teknikleriyle organik fotovoltaik h\u00fccrelerin bozulmas\u0131 da minimize edilebilmekte ve bu da T80\u2019in 5000 saatin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi. Nano \u00f6l\u00e7ekte y\u00fczey m\u00fchendisli\u011fi alan\u0131ndaki ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zla, pillerin hem daha uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc hem de daha ekonomik olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k. Organik elektroniklerin hassas eklemeli imalat\u0131 i\u00e7in en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc teknoloji olan bask\u0131 teknolojisini kullanarak \u00f6nemli ilerlemeler kaydettik. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z sonucunda art\u0131k y\u00fcksek stabilitede ve \u015feffafl\u0131kta g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f nanoteller (AgNW) elektrotlar\u0131 basabiliyor, aray\u00fczdeki y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131ma ve enjeksiyonunu kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek iletkenli\u011fe sahip ZnO aray\u00fcz malzemeleri kullanabiliyor ve uygun nano-faz ayr\u0131m\u0131 sunan fotoaktif katmanlar \u00fcretebiliyoruz. Bu sayede esnek PET alt tabakas\u0131 \u00fczerinde y\u00fczde17&#8217;nin \u00fczerinde bir g\u00fc\u00e7 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm verimlili\u011fi elde etmeyi ba\u015fard\u0131k.
