Shipley-Alt\u0131nda\u011f Gastronomi Akademisi ayr\u0131ca kontenjan dahilinde halka y\u00f6nelik \u00fccretsiz \u201cA\u015f\u00e7\u0131 \u00c7\u0131ra\u011f\u0131 Sertifikal\u0131 E\u011fitimi\u201d verecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7e\u015fme Turizm Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Bilgehan G\u00fcltekin, \u201cRekor ba\u011f\u0131\u015fla Fak\u00fcltemize kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Shipley Alt\u0131nda\u011f Gastronomi Akademisi, \u00c7e\u015fme\u2019yi gastronominin merkezi yapma hedefiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Fak\u00fcltemiz \u00f6\u011frencileri i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli bir uygulama alan\u0131 olan Gastronomi Akademisinde Uzman \u015eef Murat T\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fc, \u00e7ikolatan\u0131n inceliklerini aktard\u0131. \u00d6\u011frencilerimiz Pasta Yap\u0131m Tekni\u011fi dersi kapsam\u0131nda T\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn deneyimlerinden yararland\u0131lar. Gastronomi alan\u0131nda uzman ki\u015fileri, \u00f6\u011frencilerimizle bulu\u015fturmaya devam edece\u011fiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>A\u015f\u00e7\u0131 \u00c7\u0131ra\u011f\u0131 Sertifikal\u0131 E\u011fitimi<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ege \u00dcniversitesinin topluma katk\u0131 misyonu do\u011frultusunda bilimi toplumla bulu\u015fturmaya bulu\u015fturduklar\u0131n\u0131, halka ve turizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik uygulamal\u0131 kurslara devam ettiklerini belirten Dekan Prof. Dr. G\u00fcltekin, \u201cDaha \u00f6nce\u00a0K\u0131y\u0131 Ege Mutfa\u011f\u0131 ve Temel Barista E\u011fitimi gibi etkinliklerle alana ilgi duyan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za e\u011fitimler vermi\u015ftik. \u015eimdi de\u00a0Feyza&#8217;n\u0131n Mutfa\u011f\u0131 Program\u0131 A\u015f\u00e7\u0131 \u00c7\u0131ra\u011f\u0131 Sertifikal\u0131 E\u011fitimi ile mutfakta kariyer hedefi olan gen\u00e7lerimize 140 saatlik \u00fccretsiz e\u011fitim verece\u011fiz. E\u011fitim kapsam\u0131nda; Hijyen ve Sanitasyon, Do\u011frama Teknikleri, \u00c7orbalar, Salatalar, Soslar, Stoklar, Makarnalar, Deniz \u00dcr\u00fcnleri ile Et ve Tavuk konular\u0131nda e\u011fitimler verilecek. 10 Mart tarihinde ba\u015flayacak e\u011fitimler i\u00e7in kay\u0131tlar Ege \u00dcniversitesi \u00c7e\u015fme Turizm Fak\u00fcltesinde do\u011frudan
