Sempozyumun a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 E\u00dcTF Dekan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Do\u00e7. Dr. G\u00fcne\u015f Ak ve E\u00dcTF Deri ve Z\u00fchrevi Hastal\u0131klar Anabilim Dal\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. I\u015f\u0131l Karaaslan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. E\u00dcTF Muhiddin Erel Amfisinde hem y\u00fcz y\u00fcze hem de \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i olarak yap\u0131lan sempozyum kapsam\u0131nda be\u015f oturum ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Etkinli\u011fin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 uzun ya\u015fama dair konu\u015fan Do\u00e7. Dr. G\u00fcne\u015f Ak, \u201cBilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda son y\u0131llarda giderek pop\u00fcler olmu\u015f bir kavram var, bu kavram \u00a0\u2018longevity\u2019 kavram\u0131. Bu kavram, uzun ya\u015fam anlam\u0131na geliyor ama uzun ya\u015farken ne kadar sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u00f6m\u00fcr ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimizle alakal\u0131 bir kavram. Bilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131 bir yandan ya\u015flanman\u0131n biyolojik s\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken bir yandan da bu s\u00fcreci yava\u015flatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Asl\u0131nda yapmam\u0131z beklenen biyolojik olarak zaman\u0131 yava\u015flatmak, bir yandan da takvim ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 uzatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak. Biyolojik olarak ya\u015flanmamak i\u00e7in ise ya\u015fam\u0131 ciddiye almam\u0131z gerekiyor. Bu ba\u011flamda ben bu sempozyumun \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetli oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Deri ve Z\u00fchrevi Hastal\u0131klar Anabilim Dal\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm k\u0131ymetli hocalar\u0131m\u0131za, asistan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. \u2018Ya\u015fad\u0131m\u2019 diyebildi\u011fimiz, nice sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u00fcnler diliyorum\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Sempozyumun d\u00fczenlenme amac\u0131 ve haz\u0131rlanma s\u00fcreci hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Prof. Dr. I\u015f\u0131l Karaaslan, \u201cBug\u00fcnk\u00fc sempozyum konumuz ya\u015flanman\u0131n bilimsel s\u0131rlar\u0131. Burada \u2018H\u00fccresel, genetik, molek\u00fcler, biyokimyasal a\u00e7\u0131dan ya\u015flanmayla ilgili son y\u0131llarda neler \u00f6\u011frendik?\u2019, \u2018\u00d6\u011frendiklerimizin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tedavi anlam\u0131nda yapabilece\u011fimiz yeni \u015feyler neler?\u2019 gibi konular\u0131 tart\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z. Bu etkinli\u011fin d\u00fczenlenmesinde bizlere imk\u00e2n sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fcniversitemize \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. Konu kapsam\u0131nda gen\u00e7 arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za dikkatlerini \u00e7ekebilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz sorular y\u00f6nelttik. \u2018Hekimler ya\u015flanmay\u0131 tedavi edebilir mi?\u2019, \u2018Derimizin \u00f6mr\u00fc uzat\u0131labilir mi?\u2019 gibi sorular\u0131n cevap bulmas\u0131n\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sempozyum haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise okudu\u011fumuz makalelerde ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerden uzmanlarla irtibat kurduk. Yaln\u0131zca dermatoloji de\u011fil genel t\u0131p konseptinde bir sempozyum oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 bran\u015flardan akademisyenleri de sempozyuma davet ettik. Kat\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6steren herkese \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum\u201d dedi. Gen\u00e7 hekimlere seslenen Prof. Dr. I\u015f\u0131l Karaaslan, \u201cBiz, hekim olarak dermatolojik konulara mutlaka kan\u0131ta dayal\u0131 t\u0131p ilkeleri \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yakla\u015fmal\u0131y\u0131z. Bizlerin, kan\u0131ta dayal\u0131 t\u0131p verisi olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ileri klinik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve \u00f6zellikle klinik deneyimle elde edilen uzun vadeli izlem verileri olu\u015fturmam\u0131z gerekiyor. T\u00fcm gen\u00e7 hekimler, ya\u015flanma kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 t\u0131p konusunda gerekli pre-klinik ve klinik verilerin elde edilmesi i\u00e7in yo\u011fun gayret sarf etsinler. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve geli\u015ftirme konusunda yo\u011fun efor g\u00f6stersinler. Umar\u0131m hepimiz i\u00e7in verimli bir sempozyum olur\u201d diye konu\u015ftu. G\u00fcn boyu s\u00fcren sempozyum kapsam\u0131nda alan\u0131nda uzman hekimler taraf\u0131ndan; ya\u015flanma, gerobilim ve uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fcl\u00fck, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015f almay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in yakla\u015f\u0131mlar, ya\u015flanman\u0131n psikososyal perspektifi, deri uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, deri ya\u015flanmas\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesinde yapay zeka gibi konulara de\u011finildi.<\/p>\n
