C.difficile enfeksiyonlar\u0131 hematolojik-onkolojik malignite nedeniyle takip edilen \u00e7ocuk hastalarda \u00f6nemli bir morbidite ve mortalite nedenidir. Rutin k\u00fclt\u00fcr y\u00f6ntemi ile saptanmas\u0131nda\u00a0 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckler ya\u015fanan bu etkenin tan\u0131s\u0131nda PCR \u00f6nemli yer te\u015fkil etmektedir. PCR testi ile birka\u00e7 saat gibi k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede etkenin saptanabilmesi, ampirik olarak ba\u015flanan antibiyotik tedavilerinin hedefe y\u00f6nelik d\u00fczenlenmesine olanak sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
