Dr. Nurzat Totubaeva\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u201cSu Kalitesinin De\u011ferlendirilmesine Y\u00f6nelik Molek\u00fcler Bask\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f Nanopartik\u00fcller ile Yeni Nanobiyosens\u00f6r Sistemlerinin Geli\u015ftirilmesi\u201d projesinde Ege \u00dcniversitesi Fen Fak\u00fcltesi Biyokimya B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. Sinan Akg\u00f6l, Biyom\u00fchendislik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Emre Dokuzparmak ile y\u00fcksek lisans \u00f6\u011frencileri Hilal \u00d6z\u00e7elik ve Esra Ya\u015far da yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proje kapsam\u0131nda K\u0131rg\u0131zistan&#8217;da ilk kez kurulacak olan Biyosens\u00f6r laboratuvar\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilecek sens\u00f6r tabanl\u0131 projelerle, Klorofil-A \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra farkl\u0131 \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fi parametrelerinin incelenmesi de m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacak. Orhun De\u011fi\u015fim Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda son 2 y\u0131ld\u0131r en \u00e7ok ba\u015fvuru alan ve en fazla kabul veren \u00fcniversite olan Ege \u00dcniversitesi,\u00a0 bu kapsamda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen projelere bir yenisini daha ekledi. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l Orhun De\u011fi\u015fim Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda sa\u011flanan i\u015f birli\u011fi, sadece K\u0131rg\u0131zistan\u2019da de\u011fil k\u00fcresel olarak \u00e7evre sorunlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadelede de \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olacakt\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ege \u00dcniversitesi Fen Fak\u00fcltesi Biyokimya B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. Sinan Akg\u00f6l ise \u201cKlorofil-A, bitkilerin g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 enerjiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc fotosentez s\u00fcrecinde hayati bir rol oynamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 miktarlarda suda birikmesi, alg patlamalar\u0131na ve su kalitesinin bozulmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Bu sorunu \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in, K\u0131rg\u0131zistan-T\u00fcrkiye Manas \u00dcniversitesi ve Ege \u00dcniversitesi Biyokimya B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilen proje ile d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli ve ta\u015f\u0131nabilir nanoteknolojik sens\u00f6rler sayesinde Klorofil-A seviyesini h\u0131zl\u0131 ve do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde \u00f6l\u00e7meyi hedefliyoruz.
