Dr. Erdal Binbo\u011fa ve Histoloji ve Embriyoloji Anabilim Dal\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. H\u00fcseyin Aktu\u011f\u2019un bilimsel altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 proje T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1002 H\u0131zl\u0131 Destek Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda desteklenmeye uygun g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Proje ile meme kanseri h\u00fccre hatt\u0131na uygulanacak olan JNK inhibisyonunun kanserli h\u00fccreler \u00fczerindeki etkileri molek\u00fcler, morfolojik, mikroskopik ve spektroskopik y\u00f6ntemlerle ilk defa ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak. Multidisipliner bilim ekibi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek olan ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucunda elde edilecek veriler, hem meme kanserinin tan\u0131 ve tedavisinde \u00f6nemli ilerlemeler kaydedilmesine hem de literat\u00fcre katk\u0131 sunacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Proje ekibini makam\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rlayan Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201cAkademisyenlerimizin \u00f6zverili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile her y\u0131l T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019a en \u00e7ok proje ba\u015fvurusu yapan ve en \u00e7ok projesi kabul g\u00f6ren \u00fcniversite olman\u0131n gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ege \u00dcniversitesi akademisyenlerimiz son y\u0131llarda kanser hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere pek \u00e7ok hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n tan\u0131 ve tedavisine y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli projeleri\u00a0multidisipliner\u00a0bir anlay\u0131\u015fla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyorlar. Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc Prof. Dr. Ozan \u00dcnsalan hocam\u0131z\u0131n \u00fcstlendi\u011fi ve meme kanseri ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na yol g\u00f6sterecek proje T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1002 H\u0131zl\u0131 Destek Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda desteklenmeye lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. \u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n en \u00f6nemli hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan kanserin tan\u0131 ve tedavisine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak bu projeyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren ekibimizi kutluyorum. Ege \u00dcniversitesi olarak ara\u015ft\u0131ran, proje \u00fcreten t\u00fcm akademisyenlerimizin her zaman destek\u00e7isi olmaya devam edece\u011fiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cMeme kanseri h\u00fccrelerinin \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l durdurulaca\u011f\u0131 ilk defa belirlenecek\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi ile ilgili bilgi veren Proje Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc Fen Fak\u00fcltesi Fizik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. Ozan \u00dcnsalan, \u201cYap\u0131lacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, meme kanserinin yay\u0131lmas\u0131nda ve tedaviye diren\u00e7 g\u00f6stermesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck rol oynayan c-Jun N-terminal kinaz (JNK) sinyal yolunun inhibisyonunun, meme kanseri h\u00fccrelerinin b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l durdurabilece\u011fi ortaya ilk defa konulacak. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, JNK inhibisyonunun meme kanseri h\u00fccrelerinin epigenetik d\u00fczenleyicilerini nas\u0131l etkileyece\u011fi ve kanser h\u00fccrelerinin normal h\u00fccrelere g\u00f6re nas\u0131l farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stereceklerini belirleyebilecek. Proje kapsam\u0131nda meme kanseri h\u00fccreleri FTIR spektroskopi, mikro-Raman spektroskopi, Atomik Kuvvet Mikroskopi (AFM) ve Taramal\u0131 Elektron Mikroskopi-Enerji Da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m Spektroskopi (SEM-EDS) gibi teknolojilerle birlikte sistematik olarak ilk kez ele al\u0131nacak. Bu y\u00f6ntemlerle, kanserli h\u00fccrelerin mekanobiyofiziksel \u00f6zellikleri, \u00f6zellikle h\u00fccresel d\u00fczeyde y\u00fczey morfolojileri ve elementel bile\u015fimleri detayl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde analiz edilecek.
