V\u0130DYS tan\u0131t\u0131m toplant\u0131s\u0131nda konu\u015fan Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Budak, \u201c\u00dcniversitemizi kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131m\u0131z ile yenilik\u00e7i teknolojilerle bulu\u015fturuyoruz. Akademinin dijitalle\u015fme yolculu\u011funda \u00f6nc\u00fc rol \u00fcstleniyoruz.\u00a0 Akademik ve idari i\u015f ve hizmet ak\u0131\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini daha etkin ve verimli bir \u015fekilde sunulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in dijital ara\u00e7lar geli\u015ftiriyor, akademik faaliyetlerimizin dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Ege \u00dcniversitesinde g\u00f6rev yapan akademisyen ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131da M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi Bilgisayar M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Murat Osman \u00dcnal\u0131r, hem yeni sistemle hem de dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilen uygulamalarla ilgili bir sunum yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toplant\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda konu\u015fan Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201c\u00d6\u011frenci odakl\u0131, tam akredite, uluslararas\u0131 tan\u0131n\u0131r bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversitesi etiketine sahip bir \u00fcniversite olarak, dijitalle\u015fme ve uluslararas\u0131la\u015fma hedeflerine y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir gayretle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Bug\u00fcn, \u00fcniversitemizin dijitalle\u015fme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m\u0131 daha sizlerle payla\u015fman\u0131n gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yorum. \u00dcniversitemizin Web of Science yay\u0131n verilerinin izlenmesi ve y\u00f6netilmesine y\u00f6nelik olarak geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz yeni sistemin tan\u0131t\u0131m ve e\u011fitim toplant\u0131s\u0131na hepiniz ho\u015f geldiniz. Bilgi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi yenilikler, \u00fcniversitemiz i\u00e7in de b\u00fcy\u00fck f\u0131rsatlar sunmaktad\u0131r. Akademik ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve bilimsel katk\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 daha etkin bir \u015fekilde izleyebilmek, y\u00f6netebilmek ve payla\u015fabilmek i\u00e7in dijitalle\u015fme s\u00fcrecine h\u0131z vermek ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz hale gelmi\u015ftir. Bu ba\u011flamda, yay\u0131n verilerinin izlenmesi ve y\u00f6netilmesine y\u00f6nelik olarak geli\u015ftirilen bu sistem, akademik d\u00fcnyada \u00fcniversitemizi bir ad\u0131m \u00f6ne ta\u015f\u0131yacakt\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><b>\u201cDijitalle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde, bilgi teknolojilerini en etkin \u015fekilde kullanmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fiz\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yeni sistemin;\u00a0 \u201cVeri B\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi\u201d,\u00a0 \u201cKolay Eri\u015fim ve Y\u00f6netim\u201d, \u201c\u0130zlenebilirlik ve Performans De\u011ferlendirmesi\u201d,\u00a0 \u201c\u015eeffafl\u0131k ve \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi\u201d alanlar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli avantajlar sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201cBug\u00fcn burada toplanmam\u0131z\u0131n amac\u0131, bu yeni sistemin nas\u0131l kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sizlerle payla\u015fmak ve uygulama s\u00fcre\u00e7leri hakk\u0131nda bilgi vermektir. E\u011fitim boyunca, sistemin t\u00fcm detaylar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme f\u0131rsat\u0131n\u0131z olacak. Bu projenin hayata ge\u00e7mesinde eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en t\u00fcm ekip arkada\u015flar\u0131ma, akademik ve idari personelimize te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. \u00dcniversitemizin dijitalle\u015fme yolculu\u011funda bizlere verdikleri destek ve g\u00f6sterdikleri \u00f6zveri ile bu \u00f6nemli ad\u0131m\u0131 atmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131lar. \u00dcniversitemizin gelece\u011fini birlikte in\u015fa etmekten duydu\u011fum heyecan\u0131 ve gururu bir kez daha vurgulamak isterim.
