T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin uzay politikalar\u0131 alan\u0131ndaki 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k vizyon, strateji, hedef ve projelerinin belirlendi\u011fi \u201cMilli Uzay Program\u0131\u201d Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan taraf\u0131ndan kamuoyuyla payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde T\u00fcrkiye Uzay Ajans\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan program kapsam\u0131nda Ege \u00dcniversitesi, b\u00fcnyesinde yer alan Astronomi ve Uzay Bilimleri b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ile G\u00f6zlemevi Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezinde konu ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n
Milli Uzay Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda Ege \u00dcniversitesine b\u00fcy\u00fck sorumluluklar d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade eden Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201cMilli Uzay Program\u0131\u2019n\u0131n haz\u0131rl\u0131k safhalar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan itibaren bilfiil s\u00fcrecin i\u00e7erisinde olduk. \u0130lgili birimlerimiz program\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131nda say\u0131s\u0131z raporlar haz\u0131rlay\u0131p, sunumlar yapt\u0131lar. Milli Uzay Program\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ilk 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcreci i\u00e7in planlanan ilk 10 hedefin olu\u015fmas\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck ettik\u201d diye konu\u015ftu. T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tarihi bir projenin ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Rekt\u00f6r Budak, \u201cBa\u015fta bu projeye liderlik eden Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Say\u0131n Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan olmak \u00fczere, Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za ve ilgili t\u00fcm kurumlara te\u015fekk\u00fcr etmek istiyorum. Ege \u00dcniversitesi, \u00fclkemizin gururu olacak bu projede \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015fen her ne g\u00f6rev varsa yapmaya haz\u0131rd\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Ege \u00dcniversitesi b\u00fcnyesindeki konuyla ilgili uzmanlarla neler yap\u0131labilece\u011fi konusunda isti\u015fare ettiklerini s\u00f6yleyen Rekt\u00f6r Budak, \u201cYapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z de\u011ferlendirmede \u00fcniversitemize 4 noktada g\u00f6rev d\u00fc\u015fece\u011fini saptad\u0131k. Bunlar\u0131n ilki \u2018D\u00fcnya \u00c7evresi ve Yak\u0131n Uzay G\u00f6zlemleri\u2019 konusu. Milli Uzay Program\u0131\u2019nda bu hedefe yer verilmesinin nedeni; uzay ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, yak\u0131n uzayda seyahat g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7in D\u00fcnya ve \u00e7evresinin g\u00f6zlemlenmesinin zorunlu olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Gerekli yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yap\u0131l\u0131rsa, Ege \u00dcniversitesi G\u00f6zlemevi, Milli Uzay Program\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bu hedefinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesini tek ba\u015f\u0131na tamamen \u00fcstlenebilir. Bir di\u011fer mesele de yetkin personelin yeti\u015ftirilmesi. Program \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lacak en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunun insan kayna\u011f\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ege \u00dcniversitesi G\u00f6zlemevi, yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 y\u0131ld\u0131r devam eden programlar\u0131yla, ilk ve orta \u00f6\u011fretim \u00f6\u011frencileri ile \u00fcniversiteye haz\u0131rl\u0131k a\u015fmas\u0131ndaki \u00f6\u011frencilere y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim programlar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencilerin uzay ve uzay \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 konusundaki fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli gezi ve at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Bu e\u011fitimleri daha da h\u0131zland\u0131rmam\u0131z gerekiyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Bir di\u011fer hedef olan \u201cAy\u2019a \u0130lk Temas \u0130\u00e7in Projelendirme \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131\u201d kapsam\u0131nda Ay\u2019a insanl\u0131-insans\u0131z bir yolculu\u011fun yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n bizzat Ege \u00dcniversitesi taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nerildi\u011fini belirten Prof. Dr. Budak, \u201cBu noktada T\u00fcrk Uzay Ajans\u0131 yetkilileri Ay\u2019a yolculu\u011fun planlan\u0131p, programa dahil edilebilece\u011fini ifade etmi\u015f ancak bu yolculu\u011fa temel olu\u015fturulacak bilimsel ama\u00e7 ve temelin \u00fcniversitelerce belirlenmesi gerekti\u011fi vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ege \u00dcniversitesi G\u00f6zlemevi, gerekli projelendirmeyi yapma ve bilimsel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri programlama konular\u0131nda Milli Uzay Program\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bu hedefindeki bilimsel alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcstlenebilecek kapasitededir. Yine bir di\u011fer hedef olan \u2018Uzay Havas\u0131 G\u00f6zlem ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131\u2019 konusundaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara da \u00dcniversitemiz 2 y\u0131l \u00f6nce ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Uzay havas\u0131n\u0131n seyrini de\u011fi\u015ftiren temel unsur g\u00fcne\u015f oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in g\u00fcne\u015fin hareketlerinin izlenmesi kritik bir \u00f6neme sahiptir. \u00dcniversitemizce ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen doktora \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda son 46 y\u0131ldaki uzay havas\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen patlamalar mercek alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu veri, Milli Uzay Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda ara\u00e7-gere\u00e7 ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olacakt\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
