Ege \u00dcniversitesi Fen Fak\u00fcltesi Biyoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Botanik Anabilim Dal\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri Prof. Dr. Hasan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steren Campanula L. Cinsine Ait Taksonlar\u0131n Taksonomik Revizyonu ve Filogenetik \u0130li\u015fkileri\u201d isimli proje T\u00dcB\u0130TAK- ARDEB 1001-Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Projelerini Destekleme Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda desteklenmeye uygun bulundu.<\/p>\n

Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak,\u00a0proje ekibini makam\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rlayarak tebrik etti. Ege \u00dcniversitesinin; tam akreditasyona sahip, \u00f6\u011frenci odakl\u0131, bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversitesi oldu\u011funu ve T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019\u0131n farkl\u0131 programlar\u0131nda liderli\u011fini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc vurgulayan Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201c \u00dcniversitemizde bir k\u00fclt\u00fcre d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrerek s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir hale getirdi\u011fimiz ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve bilim \u00fcretme ekosistemimiz g\u00fc\u00e7lenmeye devam ediyor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 T\u00dcB\u0130TAK ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere hem ulusal hem de uluslararas\u0131 de\u011ferlendirme ve fonlama kurulu\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan destek almay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bu vizyonumuz kapsam\u0131nda bilimsel \u00fcretimine devam eden Fen Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyemiz Prof. Dr. Hasan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki bilim ekibi bir yandan \u00fclkemizin farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrerek yeni endemik t\u00fcrleri literat\u00fcre kazand\u0131r\u0131yor, di\u011fer yandan da \u00fclkemizde yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steren t\u00fcrlere y\u00f6nelik bilimsel projeler haz\u0131rl\u0131yorlar. T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131\u2019n\u0131 T\u00fcrk bilim y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 yapmak i\u00e7in al\u0131n ve ak\u0131l teri d\u00f6ken bilim ekibimizi tebrik ediyor, ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi ile ilgili bilgi veren proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc Prof. Dr. Hasan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m,\u00a0 \u201cCampanula L. cinsi T\u00fcrkiye Floras\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda toplamda 6 alt cins (C. subgen. Campanula, Megalocalyx, Roucela, Brachycodonia, Sicyodon ve Rapunculus) ile temsil edilir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n kapsam\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steren Campanula Subgen. Campanula alt\u0131nda yer alan baz\u0131 seksiyonlar (Symphyandriformes, Rupestres, Scapiflorae, Saxicolae, Tracheliopsis, Dictyocalyx ve Platysperma Seksiyonlar\u0131) hari\u00e7 di\u011fer t\u00fcm seksiyon ve alt cinslerin morfolojik, molek\u00fcler, palinolojik ve anatomik verilerler ile kapsaml\u0131 taksonomik bir revizyonu yap\u0131larak filogenetik ili\u015fkileri ortaya konulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kapsam\u0131nda ele al\u0131nacak olan hedef t\u00fcrler, genellikle varyasyon s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 y\u00fcksek ve taksonomik olarak olduk\u00e7a problemli gruplard\u0131r. Bu kapsamda, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde yakla\u015f\u0131k 70 ilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek olan saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda, projenin hedef t\u00fcrleri toplanarak, morfolojik ay\u0131rt edici karakterler belirlenerek, yan\u0131lg\u0131lar\u0131 en aza indirgeyecek i\u015flevsel t\u00fcr te\u015fhis anahtarlar\u0131 ve detayl\u0131 betimleri haz\u0131rlanacakt\u0131r. Herbaryum ve saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonucunda g\u00fcncel yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f haritalar\u0131 ortaya konulacakt\u0131r. Her taksonun k\u00f6k, g\u00f6vde ve yapraklar\u0131 \u00fczerinden ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 anatomik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilerek elde edilecek veriler morfolojik bulgular\u0131n desteklenmesinde kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Prof. Dr. Hasan Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m,\u00a0\u00a0\u201c Filogenetik DNA \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda ise, hedef taksonlara ait \u00e7ekirdek DNA\u2019s\u0131na ait ITS b\u00f6lgesi ile plastid DNA\u2019s\u0131n\u0131n NADHS-2 ve rpoC1-1 b\u00f6lgeleri kullan\u0131lacak ve bu verilerle hedef taksonlar\u0131n filogenetik ili\u015fkileri hesaplanacakt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece morfolojik karakterlerle olu\u015fturulan seksiyonlar\u0131n molek\u00fcler verilerle desteklenip desteklenmedi\u011fi ortaya konulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca elde edilen filogenetik a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n zamanla kalibre edilmesiyle ana takson gruplar\u0131 ve tek tek taksonlar\u0131n en yak\u0131n ortak ataya varma zamanlar\u0131 hesaplanacak ve bu bilgilerin anadolunun jeolojik\/iklimsel tarih\u00e7esiyle birle\u015ftirilmesiyle Anadolu Biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011finin zamansal \u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerine katk\u0131 sunulacakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
