Kalk\u0131nma Plan\u0131&#8217;nda yer verilen \u00f6ncelikli alanlara y\u00f6nelik ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 i\u015f birlikli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara y\u00f6nelen ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z, \u00a0nitelikli katma de\u011fer yaratacak projeler \u00fcretiyorlar. Yerli ve milli bir anlay\u0131\u015fla haz\u0131rlanan bu projelerimiz T\u00dcB\u0130TAK nezdinde de kabul g\u00f6rerek desteklenmeye uygun bulunuyorlar. Tam akredite, \u00f6\u011frenci odakl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversitemizin bilim ekosistemi i\u00e7erinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Fen Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyemiz Do\u00e7. Dr. Funda \u0130\u015f\u00e7io\u011flu\u2019nun y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 proje de bu kapsamda T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019tan destek almaya hak kazand\u0131.\u00a0Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile alternatif bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131labilmesi anlam\u0131nda\u00a0\u00fcniversitemize bir yol haritas\u0131 sunulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Hem \u00fcniversitemize hem \u00fclkemizdeki di\u011fer kurum ve kurulu\u015flara yol g\u00f6stererek model sunacak olan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ve anlaml\u0131 bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren proje ekibini tebrik ediyor, ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cR\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisinin pek \u00e7ok avantaj\u0131 bulunuyor\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi ile ilgili bilgi veren proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc Ege \u00dcniversitesi Fen Fak\u00fcltesi \u0130statistik B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Funda \u0130\u015f\u00e7io\u011flu, \u201cR\u00fczgar enerjisi, yenilenebilir bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r ve \u00e7e\u015fitli avantajlara sahiptir. Bu enerji kayna\u011f\u0131, \u00e7evreye zararl\u0131 toksik maddeler veya kirleticiler salmaz, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7evresel etkileri minimaldir. Ayr\u0131ca, fosil yak\u0131tlardan kaynaklanan sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 engellemede rol oynar. R\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi, do\u011fal bir kaynakt\u0131r ve her yerde bulunabilir. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi, enerji ithalat\u0131n\u0131 azaltabilir ve yerel istihdam yaratma potansiyeli sunar, b\u00f6ylece ekonomik kalk\u0131nmaya katk\u0131da bulunabilir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi \u00fcretimi s\u0131ras\u0131nda at\u0131k olu\u015fmaz, bu da \u00e7evresel s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi art\u0131r\u0131r. Bu enerji t\u00fcr\u00fc, suyu kirletme sorununu da ortadan kald\u0131rarak su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Fosil yak\u0131tlar ve n\u00fckleer enerji santralleri gibi di\u011fer enerji kaynaklar\u0131na k\u0131yasla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck su t\u00fcketimine sahiptir. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011fi, d\u00fcnya genelinde giderek artan su k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorununa kar\u015f\u0131 bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunar. \u015euanda d\u00fcnya genelinde, k\u00fcresel elektrik t\u00fcketiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 2.5&#8217;ini r\u00fczgar enerjisi kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r. End\u00fcstri tahminlerine g\u00f6re, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki on y\u0131l i\u00e7inde bu kapasitenin iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. T.C. Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda edinilen bilgiler do\u011frultusunda ve\u00a0\u00a02006 y\u0131l\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanan T\u00fcrkiye R\u00fczgar Enerjisi Potansiyel Atlas\u0131 (REPA-V1) verilerine g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de 50 metre y\u00fckseklikte ve y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama r\u00fczgar h\u0131z\u0131 7,5 m\/s \u00fczerinde olan b\u00f6lgelerde, kilometrekare ba\u015f\u0131na 5 MW g\u00fcc\u00fcnde r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini kurulabilece\u011fi hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ko\u015fullara sahip alanlarda, toplamda 47.849,44 MW kapasiteli r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi santralleri kurulabilece\u011fi belirlenmi\u015ftir. Bu kapasiteye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen toplam alan, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin y\u00fcz\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 1,30&#8217;una denk gelmektedir. Haziran 2022&#8217;nin sonu itibariyle, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisine dayal\u0131 elektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 10.976 MW olarak kaydedildi. Bu, \u00fclkenin toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fczde 10,81&#8217;ini olu\u015fturuyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><b>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye t\u00fcketti\u011fi enerjinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 7,1\u2019ini r\u00fczg\u00e2r santrallerinden kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do\u00e7. Dr. Funda \u0130\u015f\u00e7io\u011flu, \u201cBug\u00fcn t\u00fcketti\u011fi enerjinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 7.1&#8217;ini r\u00fczgar santrallerinden kar\u015f\u0131layan \u00fclkemizde Ege \u00dcniversitesinde halihaz\u0131rda mevcut iki adet k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7te (5 KW) r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini E\u00dc G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc bah\u00e7esinde ve iki adet (3-5 KW) r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini de E\u00dc \u00c7e\u015fme Turizm Fak\u00fcltesi bah\u00e7esinde kurulu olup \u00dcniversite\u2019de ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan enerjinin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki r\u00fczgar enerjisinin toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7teki oran\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcniversitelerde kay\u0131tl\u0131 olan santrallerin say\u0131s\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Ege \u00dcniversitesinin konumu ve potansiyel r\u00fczgar h\u0131z\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilerek mevcut enerji \u00fcretimine katk\u0131 sa\u011flama potansiyelinin de\u011ferlendirilmesi son derece \u00f6nemlidir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n bu anlamda Ege \u00dcniversitesine \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cBu proje ile Ege \u00dcniversitesine bir yol haritas\u0131 sunulacak\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Haz\u0131rlanan projenin, Ege \u00dcniversitesinin alternatif bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131labilmesine y\u00f6nelik yol haritas\u0131 sunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Do\u00e7. Dr. Funda \u0130\u015f\u00e7io\u011flu, \u201cBelirli bir b\u00f6lgeye kurulan r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini enerji \u00fcretim potansiyelinin tahminlenmesinde en \u00f6nemli kriter belirlenen b\u00f6lge i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 mevsimleri de dikkate alan en uygun r\u00fczgar h\u0131z\u0131 da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 belirleyebilmektir. Bu ama\u00e7la bu projede \u00f6ncelikle Ege \u00dcniversitesi i\u00e7in belirlenen ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r potansiyeli y\u00fcksek iki farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgeye en yak\u0131n r\u00fczg\u00e2r \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm istasyonu verileri kullan\u0131larak ilgili b\u00f6lgeler i\u00e7in mevsimsel r\u00fczgar h\u0131zlar\u0131na ait en uygun da\u011f\u0131l\u0131mlar belirlenecektir. Bu projede esas olarak r\u00fczg\u00e2r h\u0131z\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak b\u00f6lgelere kurulabilecek uygun r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinleri i\u00e7in performansa dayal\u0131 bir g\u00fcvenilirlik analizi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecektir. Bu g\u00fcvenilirlik analizi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda, bir r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini performans\u0131, t\u00fcrbin taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilen g\u00fc\u00e7 ve bu g\u00fcc\u00fcn r\u00fczgar h\u0131z\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak belirli e\u015fik de\u011ferlerine g\u00f6re ifade edilmesi durumu dikkate al\u0131narak tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, \u00e7ok-durumlu bir sistem modeli ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada ele al\u0131nan \u00e7ok-durumlu sistem modeli i\u00e7in seviye olas\u0131l\u0131k tahminlemesi ilgili alandaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan farkl\u0131 olarak stokastik s\u00fcre\u00e7ler ile ele al\u0131nacakt\u0131r.
