Dr. Ek\u015fi, \u201cAvrupa Komisyonu 1991 y\u0131l\u0131nda, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin \u00f6nemli \u00f6nceliklerinden olan \u2018Tek Pazar ve Serbest Dola\u015f\u0131m Hakk\u0131\u2019nda tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 bir unsur olarak, t\u00fcm AB s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda acil yard\u0131m hizmetlerinin tek bir numara olan \u2018112\u2019 ile talep edilebilmesinin gerekli oldu\u011funa karar vermi\u015ftir. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve belirlenen standartlar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde sistem, 2000 y\u0131l\u0131nda t\u00fcm AB \u00fclkelerinde farkl\u0131 seviyelerde uygulanmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 112 Acil \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 numaras\u0131, Avrupa\u2019da t\u00fcm acil durumlar i\u00e7in acil yard\u0131m istenebilecek tek acil \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 numaras\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00dclkemizde tek acil \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 numaras\u0131 uygulamas\u0131 ile ilgili aktif \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, AB m\u00fczakere s\u00fcreci paralelinde 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Nisan 2005\u2019de, Antalya ve Isparta pilot il olarak se\u00e7ilmi\u015f ve bu illerde uygulama 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olup, 2021 Ocak ay\u0131 itibariyle 61 ilimizde 112 Acil \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Merkezi faaliyete ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Bu sistem ile acil aramas\u0131 yapan ki\u015finin yeri otomatik olarak belirlenmekte, acil olaya en h\u0131zl\u0131 ve etkin \u015fekilde yan\u0131t verilmektedir \u201d dedi.<b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yanl\u0131\u015f aramalar ve as\u0131ls\u0131z ihbarlar\u0131n bu servisteki t\u00fcm aramalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131ndan daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011funu belirten Do\u00e7. Dr. Ek\u015fi, \u201c\u00dclkemizde acil \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 hizmetlerinin etkinli\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda en \u00f6nemli sorunlardan birisi, 112 acil \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 numaras\u0131na as\u0131ls\u0131z ve ama\u00e7 d\u0131\u015f\u0131 aramalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki bu aramalar 112 acil \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 numaras\u0131na gelen t\u00fcm aramalar\u0131n y\u00fczde 60\u2019\u0131ndan daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.
