D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere her sa\u011fl\u0131k kurumu obezite ile m\u00fccadelede faaliyetler sergileyip, bilimsel veriler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yay\u0131nlar yapmaya devam ediyor. Bu hastal\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak i\u00e7in 20 May\u0131s, Avrupa Obezite G\u00fcn\u00fc olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ege \u00dcniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve Antren\u00f6rl\u00fck E\u011fitimi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. G\u00fclbin Rudarl\u0131, \u201cAvrupa Obezite G\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6nemli bir g\u00fcn. Bizim, bug\u00fcn\u00fc fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in f\u0131rsat olarak g\u00f6rmemiz gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye \u015fu an Avrupa\u2019da obezite g\u00f6r\u00fclme s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda birinci, d\u00fcnyada da yirmi \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. Obezite sadece beden ile alakal\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda metabolizman\u0131n bozuldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r. Metabolizma bozuldu\u011fu i\u00e7in metabolik sendrom diye anlat\u0131lan; kan ya\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n bozulmas\u0131, tansiyonun y\u00fcksek seyretmesi, Tip 2 diyabet gibi sorunlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. T\u00fcm bu rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Genelde yar\u0131\u015fma ama\u00e7l\u0131 planl\u0131 antrenmanlar ile yap\u0131lan aktiviteler ise spor olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Bizim istedi\u011fimiz, ki\u015filerin fiziksel aktivite d\u00fczeylerini bilin\u00e7li olarak art\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve yapabiliyorlarsa haftada 150 dakika egzersiz yapmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Fiziksel aktivite i\u00e7in asans\u00f6r yerine merdiven kullanmak, k\u0131sa mesafeleri y\u00fcr\u00fcmek gibi \u00f6rnekleri verilebilir. Belli aral\u0131klarla s\u00fcrekli oturmak yerine yirmi dakikada bir kalkarak ev i\u00e7inde ya da i\u015f yerine 5 dk y\u00fcr\u00fcmek yine yararl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Yap\u0131labilecek en ekonomik ve pratik egzersiz canl\u0131 tarzda yap\u0131lacak y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015flerdir. Sadece sizi rahats\u0131z etmeyecek bir spor ayakkab\u0131s\u0131 ve uzun s\u00fcre y\u00fcr\u00fcyebilece\u011finiz ve e\u011fimi olmayan bir alana ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z var. Canl\u0131 tarzda y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015fler, yirmi dakikadan itibaren v\u00fccut ya\u011f yak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 da art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, s\u00fcreyi kademeli olarak artt\u0131rarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi isteniyor. Siz, b\u00f6ylece boyunuza g\u00f6re kilonuzun durumunu iki haneli bir de\u011ferle belirleyebiliyorsunuz. \u00c7\u0131kan de\u011fer e\u011fer 20 ile 25 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise normal kilolu, 25-30 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kilolu, 30-35 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise birinci derece obez, 35-40 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise ikinci derece obez ve 40\u2019\u0131n \u00fczeri ise morbid obez olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.
