Depresyon okuryazarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, depresyon ve depresyonda yard\u0131m arama davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla ilgili tutum olumlu y\u00f6nde de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Bu nedenle bireylerin depresyon okuryazarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczeyinin belirlenmesi, depresyondaki erken d\u00f6nemde yard\u0131ma ba\u015fvurmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem arz etmektedir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c<b>Antidepresanlar ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yapmaz\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depresyon konusunda do\u011fru bilinen yanl\u0131\u015flara de\u011finen Do\u00e7. Dr. D\u00fclgerler, \u00a0\u201cToplumda antidepresanlar\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair yayg\u0131n bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu do\u011fru bilinen bir yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu konuda uzun s\u00fcreli antidepresan tedavisinin kesilmesiyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek geri \u00e7ekilme belirtilerinin \u00f6nlenebilmesi i\u00e7in ila\u00e7lar\u0131n uzman psikiyatrist kontrol\u00fcnde azalt\u0131larak uzun bir s\u00fcrede kesilmesi gereklidir. Ancak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re antidepresanlar\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair bir tan\u0131 yoktur. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda depresyonun karakter zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kendi ba\u015f\u0131na atlat\u0131labilir bir hastal\u0131k oldu\u011fu kan\u0131s\u0131 da yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Depresyonun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda n\u00f6robiyolojik ve psikososyal fakt\u00f6rler etkilidir. Tan\u0131 i\u00e7in de tedavi i\u00e7in de profesyonel yard\u0131m al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bir durumun hastal\u0131k olabilmesi i\u00e7in s\u00fcresi, \u015fiddeti ve s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Ki\u015finin g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi baz\u0131 semptomlar onun ki\u015fisel \u00f6zellikleri de olabilir, buna hastal\u0131kt\u0131r diyemeyiz. Tan\u0131 ve tedavi bu ba\u011flamda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc her birey biricik ve tektir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Etkinlik kapsam\u0131nda Hem\u015firelik Fak\u00fcltesi \u00f6\u011frencileri, akranlar\u0131n\u0131 depresyon konusunda bilgilendirmek ad\u0131na konu\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiler. Etkinlikte ayr\u0131ca \u00f6\u011frencilerin depresyon hakk\u0131ndaki fikirlerinin yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir pano olu\u015fturuldu.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-20994
