E\u00dcTF Hastanesi b\u00fcnyesinde hizmet veren Yutma Bozukluklar\u0131 Tan\u0131 ve Tedavi Laboratuvar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki bu alanda ilk laboratuvar olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. Laboratuvar\u0131m\u0131za ba\u015fvuranlar genelde kanser hastalar\u0131, ya\u015fl\u0131lar ve \u00e7ocuklar oluyor. \u00d6zellikle n\u00f6rolojik hastalar \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor diyebiliriz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her ya\u015fa ve hastal\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak yutma bozuklu\u011fu ya\u015fanabiliyor. Sadece 65 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri ki\u015filer ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bile yutma sorunu ya\u015fayabiliyor. 2 binin \u00fczerinde kay\u0131tl\u0131 hastam\u0131z var\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cUygun tedaviyi planlay\u0131p, takibini yap\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laboratuvar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Prof. Dr. Eyig\u00f6r, \u201cYutma bozuklu\u011fu olan hastalar\u0131 objektif metotlarla de\u011ferlendiriyoruz. Uygun tedaviyi planlay\u0131p, takibini yap\u0131yoruz. Laboratuvar\u0131m\u0131zda;\u00a0fleksible endoskopi ile yutma de\u011ferlendirilmesi, manometri ile yutma de\u011ferlendirilmesi, yutman\u0131n elektrofizyolojik de\u011ferlendirilmesi, dil kas g\u00fcc\u00fc \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc ve yutma seslerinin de\u011ferlendirilmesi gibi\u00a0bir\u00e7ok tetkik uygulan\u0131yor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201c\u00d6\u011frenciler laboratuvar\u0131m\u0131zda g\u00f6zlem yapabiliyor\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laboratuvarda tan\u0131 ve tedavinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra fark\u0131ndal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc dile getiren Prof. Dr. Eyig\u00f6r, \u201cHalk\u0131 bilin\u00e7lendirmek amac\u0131yla ekip olarak bilgilendirme ve bilin\u00e7lendirme faaliyetlerinde bulunuyoruz. Yutkunma sorunu nedeniyle midesinden ya da burnundan beslenmek zorunda kalan hastalar\u0131n tekrar a\u011f\u0131z yoluyla beslenmesini sa\u011flamak mesleki a\u00e7\u0131dan tarif edilemez duygular ya\u015fat\u0131yor. Bu anlamda bu alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak isteyen t\u0131p \u00f6\u011frencileri de laboratuvar\u0131m\u0131za gelerek s\u00fcre\u00e7leri yak\u0131ndan izleme f\u0131rsat\u0131 buluyorlar \u201d
