Hedef kitlesi 9-12 ya\u015f grubundaki \u00e7ocuklar olan yar\u0131\u015fmaya 16 Nisan 2021 Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar ba\u015fvurulacak.\u00a0 Eserlerin daha \u00f6nce herhangi bir yar\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00f6nderilememi\u015f ve herhangi bir yerde yay\u0131nlanmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lardan eserlerde \u201c\u00c7ocuk ve Engellilik\u201d\u00a0 temas\u0131 vurgulay\u0131p, fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131racak kompozisyonlar bekleniyor.
