Fak\u00fclte \u00fcst y\u00f6netimi olarak sizlerle s\u00fcrekli ileti\u015fim halinde olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Fak\u00fcltemiz, \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin stajlar\u0131n\u0131 en verimli \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeleri ad\u0131na \u00f6nemli uygulamalar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7iriyor. Halka ili\u015fkiler, reklamc\u0131l\u0131k, yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve g\u00f6rsel medya firmalar\u0131yla s\u00fcrekli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme halindeyiz. \u015eimdiye kadar 50\u2019ye yak\u0131n firmayla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme sa\u011flad\u0131k. Hedefimiz bu say\u0131y\u0131 100\u2019e \u00e7\u0131karmak. Olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz bu a\u011f neticesinde Fak\u00fcltemizde \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin staj yeri bulma sorununu ortadan kald\u0131raca\u011f\u0131z. Sadece \u0130zmir i\u00e7inde de\u011fil \u00dclkemizin her b\u00f6lgesindeki firmalarla ileti\u015fim kurarak \u00f6\u011frencilerimize staj imk\u00e2n\u0131 yaratmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu. Prof. Dr. G\u00fcltekin ayr\u0131ca \u00f6\u011frencilerin Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Ofisi\u2019nin Ulusal Staj Program\u0131ndan da yararlanabileceklerini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201c\u0130\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi sim\u00fclasyonlar\u0131 yapaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6\u011frencilerin sadece staj yeri bulmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda mezun olduktan sonra daha kolay i\u015f bulabilmeleri i\u00e7in de harekete ge\u00e7tiklerini dile getiren Prof. Dr. G\u00fcltekin, \u201cSon s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencilerimize y\u00f6nelik sertifikal\u0131 CV geli\u015ftirme e\u011fitimleri ba\u015flataca\u011f\u0131z. Bununla birlikte son s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencilerimizle her hafta bir araya gelerek i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi sim\u00fclasyonlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. Bu sim\u00fclasyonlarda ba\u015far\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u00f6\u011frencilerimize i\u015f imkanlar\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z. Pek \u00e7ok kamu kurumu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin istihdam\u0131 konusunda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz \u00d6\u011frencilerimizin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 radyo ve televizyon programlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yar\u0131\u015fmalar d\u00fczenleyip kazanan \u00f6\u011frencilerimizi sekt\u00f6re adapte edece\u011fiz. \u00d6\u011frencilerimizin CV\u2019lerinden olu\u015fan bir havuz olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131z. Yine sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6nemli isimlerini \u00e7e\u015fitli etkinlikler vesilesi ile \u00f6\u011frencilerimizle bulu\u015fturup, deneyimlerinden faydalanmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uluslararas\u0131 i\u015f birlikleri konusunda da \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar att\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Prof. Dr. Bilgehan G\u00fcltekin, Azerbaycan Devlet \u00dcniversitesi \u0130leti\u015fim Fak\u00fcltesi ile ortak \u00c7ift Diploma Program\u0131 a\u00e7mak ad\u0131na g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere
