Ege \u00dcniversitesi Fen Fak\u00fcltesi Biyokimya B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Serap Evran y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde haz\u0131rlanan \u201cTirozinemi Tip 1 Biyobelirteci Olan S\u00fcksinilasetonun Tayini \u0130\u00e7in DNA Aptameri Temelli Yeni Bir Y\u00f6ntemin Geli\u015ftirilmesi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 proje, T\u00fcrkiye Sa\u011fl\u0131k Enstit\u00fcleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (T\u00dcSEB) 2023-B-01\/B GRUBU AR-GE Projeleri Destek Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda desteklenmeye uygun bulundu. Proje ekibi, Tirozinemi Tip 1 hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n erken te\u015fhisine y\u00f6nelik yeni bir y\u00f6ntem geli\u015ftirecek.<\/p>\n

Proje hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Prof. Dr. Serap Evran, \u201cEnzim eksikli\u011finin neden oldu\u011fu kal\u0131tsal ve nadir g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir hastal\u0131k olan Tirozinemi Tip 1, yenido\u011fanlarda ve erken \u00e7ocukluk d\u00f6neminde te\u015fhis edilmedi\u011fi durumda ne yaz\u0131k ki \u00f6l\u00fcme kadar varan ciddi sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na neden oluyor. Erken d\u00f6nemde te\u015fhis edildi\u011finde ise belirli besinlerin k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131 ve ila\u00e7 tedavisi yoluyla \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl komplikasyonlar\u0131n engellenmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu nedenle, Tirozinemi Tip 1\u2019in yenido\u011fan tarama programlar\u0131na dahil edilmesi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6neme sahip. Proje sayesinde mevcut y\u00f6ntemlerin dezavantajlar\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rabilecek yeni bir tayin y\u00f6nteminin geli\u015ftirilmesini hedefliyoruz. Geli\u015ftirilecek bu y\u00f6ntemin idrar \u00f6rneklerinde pratik kullan\u0131m, k\u0131sa analiz s\u00fcresi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyet gibi a\u00e7\u0131lardan \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck sa\u011flamas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz. Proje sonras\u0131ndaki klinik validasyonlar\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, t\u00fcm laboratuvarlarda yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131labilecek bir test haline getirilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilecek\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
