Dr. Erkan Kahraman\u2019\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc oldu\u011fu \u201cK\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck H\u00fccreli D\u0131\u015f\u0131 Akci\u011fer Kanseri T\u00fcm\u00f6r H\u00fccre Sferoidlerinde Brik Asidin Antikanser Etkisinin Ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 proje, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1002 program\u0131 dahilinde desteklenmeye uygun bulundu. Proje kapsam\u0131nda borik asidin antikanser etkisi ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak bor i\u00e7erikli yeni bir tedavi y\u00f6ntemi geli\u015ftirilecek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proje ekibini tebrik eden Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201cSa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131nda referans merkezi konumunda olan \u00fcniversitemiz, literat\u00fcre de \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sa\u011flamay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Atat\u00fcrk Sa\u011fl\u0131k Hizmetleri Meslek Y\u00fcksekokulu \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Erkan Kahraman\u2019\u0131n ve ekibinin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019tan kabul g\u00f6ren proje, akci\u011fer kanserinde bor i\u00e7erikli bir tedavi y\u00f6ntemi geli\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. \u00dclkemizin bor madeni a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zenginli\u011fi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda projenin ekonomik olarak da \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sunaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Hocam\u0131z\u0131 ve ekibini tebrik ediyor, ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cEn fazla g\u00f6r\u00fclen ikinci kanser t\u00fcr\u00fc\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Akci\u011fer kanserinin d\u00fcnyada en \u00e7ok g\u00f6r\u00fclen ikinci kanser t\u00fcr\u00fc oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. Erkan Kahraman, \u201cAkci\u011fer kanseri d\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde en \u00e7ok g\u00f6r\u00fclen ikinci kanser t\u00fcr\u00fc olup, kansere ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmler i\u00e7erisinde ise ilk s\u0131rada yer almaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle, akci\u011fer kanseri, insidans\u0131, neden oldu\u011fu komplikasyonlar ve mortalite oranlar\u0131 nedeniyle d\u00fcnya genelinde \u00fczerinde yo\u011fun \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan, g\u00fcncel, en \u00f6nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k problemlerinin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. Tedavisinde ise akci\u011fer kanserinin tipine, genetik karakterizasyonuna ve evresine g\u00f6re cerrahi, kemoterapi, radyoterapi ve sistematik tedaviler gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli tedavi rejimleri uygulanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle son y\u0131llarda akci\u011fer kanseri tedavisinde yeni ila\u00e7 molek\u00fcl\u00fc aday\u0131 olabilecek bir\u00e7ok bile\u015fik ve terap\u00f6tik ajanlar \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar son derece h\u0131z kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Elde edilen verilerde bir\u00e7ok aday molek\u00fcl\u00fcn kanser tedavisinde umut verici sonu\u00e7lar ortaya koydu\u011fu ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu aday molek\u00fcllerden biri de bir bor bile\u015fi\u011fi olan borik asittir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cBorun iyile\u015ftirici \u00f6zelli\u011fi bulunuyor\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n, borik asidin iyile\u015ftirici etkisi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini belirten Do\u00e7. Dr. Kahraman, \u201cDeneysel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, hayvanlarda ve insanlarda borik asit uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n imm\u00fcnite, antioksidan etkiler, b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve embriyonik geli\u015fim \u00fczerine kayda de\u011fer bir \u015fekilde iyile\u015ftirici etkileri oldu\u011fu g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca beyin fonksiyonu, karaci\u011fer geli\u015fimi, yara iyile\u015fmesi, osteoporozis ve kanserde iyile\u015fmeyi kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 etkisi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Epidemiyolojik ve deneysel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, borun \u00e7e\u015fitli kanser t\u00fcrleri \u00fczerinde pozitif etkileri oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. Bor bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zengin diyetlerle beslenen, toprak ve suyun bor bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zengin oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgelerde ya\u015fayan ki\u015filer \u00e7e\u015fitli kanser t\u00fcrlerine kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck risk ile ili\u015fkilendirilmektedir. Farkl\u0131 teoriler ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclse de borik asidin anti kanser etkileri alt\u0131nda yatan mekanizma tam olarak ayd\u0131nlat\u0131labilmi\u015f de\u011fildir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u201cBor madeninin stratejik \u00f6nemi artacak\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do\u00e7. Bu ama\u00e7la akci\u011fer kanseri h\u00fccrelerinde borik asidin kanser h\u00fccre canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azaltma ve apoptotik h\u00fccre \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ind\u00fckleme yetenekleri \u00fczerine olan etkileri incelenecek, ayr\u0131ca borik asidin kanser h\u00fccrelerinin koloni olu\u015fturarak t\u00fcm\u00f6r formasyonu kapasitesi olu\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyip \u00f6nlemedi\u011fi ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Bununla birlikte kanser h\u00fccre morfolojisi, kanser h\u00fccre g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc ve metastaz\u0131n\u0131 \u00fczerine etkileri de ortaya konacakt\u0131r. Bu analizlerin yan\u0131nda in vitroda 3 boyutlu k\u00fclt\u00fcr ortam\u0131nda akci\u011fer kanseri t\u00fcm\u00f6r sferoidleri \u00fcretilecek ve borik asidin akci\u011fer kanseri t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine, yap\u0131s\u0131na, morfolojisine ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne olan etkileri de g\u00f6sterilecektir. Projemiz ile elde edecek oldu\u011fumuz bilgiler, borik asidin akci\u011fer kanserinde temel h\u00fccresel antikanser mekanizmalar \u00fczerine olan etkilerini ortaya koyacak ve bor i\u00e7eren hedefli yeni tedavi modellerinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kaynak veriler sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.
