Prof. Dr. Ay\u00f6n\u00fc \u201cEge \u00dcniversitesi Arkeoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcye ve elemanlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc ya da y\u00f6neticisi oldu\u011fu kaz\u0131, y\u00fczey ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma projeleriyle ilgili kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir etkinlik en son 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Pandemi s\u00fcrecinin etkisiyle b\u00f6l\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencileriyle, hocalar\u0131n&nbsp; kaz\u0131larla ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131n zay\u0131flamas\u0131, asl\u0131nda bu sempozyumun yeniden yap\u0131lmas\u0131 konusundaki en b\u00fcy\u00fck motivasyonu olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6ncelikle b\u00f6l\u00fcm \u00f6\u011frencilerimizle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen g\u00fcncel kaz\u0131 ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 tan\u0131tmay\u0131 ve anlatmay\u0131 hedefleyen bu sempozyumun ayn\u0131 zamanda bir gelenek halinde belirli periyotlarla yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r\u201d dedi. Prof. Dr. Ay\u00f6n\u00fc, \u201cEge \u00dcniversitesi Arkeoloji B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, k\u00f6klerini sa\u011flam temellerden alan bir gelenekle Anadolu\u2019nun pek \u00e7ok yerinde ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kaz\u0131 ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00fcr\u00fctmektedir. Sempozyum kapsam\u0131nda; \u0130zmir\u2019in tarih \u00f6ncesi yerle\u015fimleri Ye\u015filova ve Yass\u0131tepe H\u00f6y\u00fckleri, Neolitik bir yerle\u015fim olan Ege G\u00fcbre ve Eski Smyrna, yine \u0130zmir\u2019de yer alan Klatos Kutsal Alan\u0131, Metropolis, Karaburun Yar\u0131madas\u0131, Bal\u0131kesir Antandros, Denizli Beycesultan ve Ek\u015fi H\u00f6y\u00fck, \u015eanl\u0131urfa G\u00fcrc\u00fctepe ve Siirt ilinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kaz\u0131 ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131na yer verilecektir. Bunda b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn idealist, kendini devaml\u0131 yenid\u00fcnya de\u011ferlerine uyum sa\u011flayabilmesinde aramak gerekir. Art\u0131k g\u00fcncel bilimsel tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmez konular\u0131 aras\u0131na giren iklim, \u00e7evre, insan ili\u015fkileri, do\u011fa-insan-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras birlikteli\u011fi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi konular\u0131nda da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ve katk\u0131 sa\u011flamaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcm\u00fcz akademisyenleri, b\u00f6lgemizde k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok konuda k\u00fclt\u00fcr el\u00e7isi oldu. Seramik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 konusunda ihtisasla\u015fan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn konular\u0131 i\u00e7inse Cumhuriyetin ikinci y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131nda insan-do\u011fa ili\u015fkisi, su, iklim, enerji ve arkeolojik miras\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi gibi yeni konular\u0131n da girmekte oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rebiliyorum.
