Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak\u2019\u0131n koordinat\u00f6rleri aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 proje, Avrupa Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan da destekleniyor. Proje kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak olan kurs hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Ege \u00dcniversitesi Tohum Teknolojileri ve Uygulama Merkezi (EGE TOTEM) M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. \u0130smail Can Paylan, \u201cAvrupa ve T\u00fcrk tohumculuk sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim ihtiyac\u0131 gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck zorluklarla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r. Ancak bu zorluklar\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelmek i\u00e7in T\u00fcrk ve Avrupa tohum sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u0131slah, tohum \u00fcretimi ve pazarlama konular\u0131nda hem geleneksel hem de yenilik\u00e7i teknikler konusunda derinlemesine bilgi sahibi, proje y\u00f6netimi deneyimi olan ve analiz yetene\u011fine sahip insan kayna\u011f\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Bu ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla olu\u015fturulan bu projede ba\u015fvuru yapan adaylar aras\u0131ndan m\u00fclakat ile se\u00e7ilecek toplam 80 gen\u00e7 yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f e\u011fitim program\u0131na al\u0131nacak, daha sonra tohum firmalar\u0131nda staj yapacak ve tohumculuk sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde i\u015f imk\u00e2nlar\u0131na ula\u015fabilecek\u201d\u00a0 dedi.<\/p>\n
