Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, proje ekibini tebrik ederek ba\u015far\u0131lar diledi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ege \u00dcniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi Doktora \u00d6\u011frencisi Berkant Erman\u2019\u0131n, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zeki \u00d6zkol\u2019un dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc proje ile kal\u00e7a eklemi ve bar aras\u0131ndaki olu\u015fan hareket h\u0131z\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ortaya konacak ve literat\u00fcre yeni bir metot kazand\u0131r\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projenin detaylar\u0131 ile ilgili Doktora \u00d6\u011frencisi Berkant Erman, \u201cH\u0131z temelli egzersiz (HTE) g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne pop\u00fclerli\u011fini artt\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. HTE metodunun uygulamas\u0131 bir aparat yard\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. B\u00f6ylelikle bara tak\u0131lan bu aparattan al\u0131nan h\u0131z verileri uygun bir yaz\u0131l\u0131m arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile okunabilmektedir. Uygulanan egzersiz h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n, antrenman hedefine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fen belirli bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6stermesi, hareketin sonlanmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.\u00a0\u00a0 Elde edilen h\u0131z verileri ile \u00e7e\u015fitli hesaplama metotlar\u0131 uygulanarak antrenman y\u00fckleri ve \u015fiddetleri belirlenebilmektedir. HTE\u2019nin bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bir tekrar maksimum (1-TM; tek seferde kald\u0131r\u0131labilen maksimum a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k) belirlemede klasik yakla\u015f\u0131mdan daha tutarl\u0131 oldu\u011fu yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1-TM bulma s\u0131ras\u0131nda zaman tasarrufu sa\u011flamas\u0131; klasik metot ile saptanan 1-TM\u2019nin birka\u00e7 antrenman \u00fcnitesinden sonra de\u011fi\u015fmesi ve bu de\u011fi\u015fimin ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclememesi; g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta performans\u0131 etkileyen uyku, stres gibi durumlar\u0131n egzersize etkisinin anl\u0131k takip edilebilmesi; kuvvet \u00fcretim oran\u0131n\u0131n egzersiz s\u0131ras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 olarak izlenebilmesi; ger\u00e7ek metabolik yorgunlu\u011fa daha yak\u0131n d\u00fczeylerde antrenman yap\u0131labilmesi ve daha iyi adaptasyon sa\u011flanmas\u0131; egzersiz s\u0131ras\u0131nda uygulanabilen optimal antrenman y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn sportif performans\u0131 daha fazla artt\u0131rmas\u0131 olarak say\u0131labilmektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berkant Erman, \u201cProjenin temel amac\u0131, kal\u00e7a eklemi ve bar aras\u0131ndaki olu\u015fan hareket h\u0131z\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 farkl\u0131 5 y\u00fck kullanarak ortaya koymak ve literat\u00fcre yeni bir metot kazand\u0131rabilmektir. Projenin temel hedefi ise; ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek olan metodunun farklar\u0131n\u0131 ve katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymak ve ileriye y\u00f6nelik hedeflerimiz do\u011frultusunda, bu projeden elde edilen verilerin kronik etkilerini de ara\u015ft\u0131rmak ve \u00fclkemizin ulusal kalk\u0131nma hedeflerini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurmakt\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda doktora tezime ba\u011fl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bu proje i\u00e7in, ara\u015ft\u0131rma motivasyonumuza katk\u0131s\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za destekleri ile Say\u0131n Rekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak\u2019a, fak\u00fcltemiz imkanlar\u0131 ve destekleri i\u00e7in yan\u0131m\u0131zda olan fak\u00fcltemiz Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Timu\u00e7in Gen\u00e7er hocama ve teknik destekleri ile her zaman yan\u0131mda olan dan\u0131\u015fman hocam Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zeki \u00d6zkol\u2019a \u00e7ok te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederim.
