Proje ekibini makam\u0131nda a\u011f\u0131rlayan Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak, \u201cT\u00fct\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi \u00fclkemizde de toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit eden \u00f6nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 t\u00fct\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesine \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131\u011f\u0131m bu proje ile kamuoyu bilgilendirilerek, \u00f6nemli fark\u0131ndal\u0131klar olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 son derece \u00fcmit verici. Dr. G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f, \u201c\u00dclkemizde, 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilen \u201cUlusal T\u00fct\u00fcn Kontrol Program\u0131 Eylem Plan\u0131\u201d ile t\u00fct\u00fcn mamul\u00fc kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve maruziyetinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik uygulanan politikalar sonucunda giderek azalmaya ba\u015flayan t\u00fct\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda tekrar art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Projemiz ile t\u00fct\u00fcn kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 sonras\u0131nda yeniden art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermesinin nedenlerine katk\u0131 yapan uygulamadaki eksiklik ve aksakl\u0131klar\u0131n belirlenmesi, gerek halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gerekse ekonomik-sosyal etkileri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir tehdit unsuru olan yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131\/kay\u0131td\u0131\u015f\u0131 t\u00fct\u00fcn ve t\u00fct\u00fcn mam\u00fcl\u00fc piyasas\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fleyi\u015fini inceleyece\u011fiz.
