Sabah saatlerinde b\u00fcrolarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlar\u0131 tek tek ziyaret eden Prof. Dr. Budak, g\u00fcnlerini kutlad\u0131 ve \u00e7i\u00e7ek takdim etti. Ege \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n her zaman \u00f6nceli\u011finin oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Prof. Dr. Budak \u201c Ege \u00dcniversitesi her alanda oldu\u011fu gibi kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131 alan\u0131nda da fark yarat\u0131yor. Ege \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde 7 bin 164 \u00a0personel i\u00e7erisinde 4 bin 117 kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan istihdam ediliyor. Bu rakam \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 58\u2019inin kad\u0131nlar oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Akademik kadromuz 3 bin 78 ki\u015fiden olu\u015fuyor. Akademik kadromuz i\u00e7inde bin 639 kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z mevcut. Akademik kadromuzun yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 54\u2019\u00fc de kad\u0131nlardan olu\u015fuyor. Ege \u00dcniversitesi \u00f6\u011frenci olarak da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir yap\u0131ya sahip. Toplamda 64 bin 948 \u00f6\u011frenci say\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7inde 29 bin 555 kad\u0131n \u00f6\u011frencimiz var. Rakamlar\u0131nda g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi gibi Ege \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde kad\u0131na her zaman pozitif ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k var.
