Ofis, ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda mezunlar ile i\u015f birli\u011fi yaparak onlar\u0131n akademik bilgilerini i\u015f hayat\u0131na aktarabilmeleri, adaptasyon sa\u011flayabilmeleri ve istihdam edilebilmeleri gibi konularda destek sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Kad\u0131o\u011flu, \u201c \u2018S\u0131n\u0131fta Mezun Var\u2019 etkinliklerimizle alan\u0131nda uzman mezunlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7e\u015fitli uygulamalarla davet ettik. Pandemi d\u00f6neminin sona ermesiyle bu etkinlikler y\u00fcz y\u00fcze olarak devam etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu etkinliklerimizin sayesinde \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz, mezunlar\u0131m\u0131za kafalar\u0131na tak\u0131lan sorular\u0131 sorabiliyor ve gelece\u011fe dair hedeflerini belirlemede ald\u0131klar\u0131 cevaplar kendilerine k\u0131lavuz olabiliyor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fiziki ortamda mezun bulu\u015fmalar\u0131 d\u00fczenlediklerini belirten Kad\u0131o\u011flu, \u201c B\u00f6l\u00fcm\/fak\u00fclte ve toplu \u015fekilde mezun bulu\u015fmalar\u0131 organize ediyoruz. En son ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz May\u0131s ay\u0131nda M\u00d6TBE\u2019de b\u00fcy\u00fck bir mezun bulu\u015fmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Bir\u00e7ok \u00fcnl\u00fc konuk dahil olmak \u00fczere bine yak\u0131n mezunumuzu a\u011f\u0131rlad\u0131k. \u00a0Ayr\u0131ca bu sene s\u0131f\u0131r at\u0131k ilkesiyle geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ipler kullan\u0131larak bir sosyal sorumluluk projesi haz\u0131rlad\u0131k. Egeli \u00f6\u011frencilerle \u2018Mezun \u015eans Bilekli\u011fi\u2019 yapt\u0131k. Mezunlar\u0131m\u0131z, personel ve \u00f6\u011frenciye uygulanan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc imk\u00e2ndan yararlanabiliyor, mezun kartlar\u0131 sayesinde \u00fcniversitemize rahat\u00e7a girebiliyor, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneyi kullanabiliyor, sosyal tesislerimizden indirimli bir \u015fekilde faydalanabiliyor. Mezun olan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z bu avantajlardan yararlanabilmek ad\u0131na mezun kartlar\u0131n\u0131 almay\u0131 ve hen\u00fcz mezun kart\u0131n\u0131 almam\u0131\u015f arkada\u015flar\u0131na hat\u0131rlatma yapmay\u0131 unutmas\u0131nlar. Biz, yaln\u0131zca mezunlar\u0131m\u0131za mezun kart\u0131 vermekle kalm\u0131yor onlara gelen i\u015f ilanlar\u0131n\u0131 kriterlerine g\u00f6re mail yoluyla iletiyoruz. Yap\u0131lacak etkinliklerden de haberdar olmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in bilgilendiriyoruz\u201d dedi. Ulusal Staj Program\u0131 ile koordineli \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Kad\u0131o\u011flu, \u201cUlusal Staj Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda her y\u0131l\u0131n 3 ay\u0131, 4 hafta olacak \u015fekilde \u00f6\u011frenci \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rabiliyoruz. \u00d6\u011frencilere platform \u00fczerinden teklif g\u00f6nderiyoruz ve kabul eden stajyerlerimiz gelip burada deneyim kazan\u0131yorlar. Kariyer Kap\u0131s\u0131na ba\u015fvuruda bulunan \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz, istedikleri illerde staj yapabiliyor. O nedenle kap\u0131m\u0131z T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin her \u015fehrinden gelecek \u00f6\u011frencilere a\u00e7\u0131k.
