T\u00dcB\u0130TAK taraf\u0131ndan da desteklenen bu nitelikli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ayn\u0131 zamanda literat\u00fcre yeni kavramlar\u0131n ve parametrelerin kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na da \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck ediyor. Spor Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltemiz \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zkaya\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 proje ile uluslararas\u0131 platformda \u00f6ncelikli ara\u015ft\u0131rma konular\u0131ndan olan kardiyo-pulmoner sa\u011fl\u0131k ve egzersiz alan\u0131nda ilk kez bir dakikada kullan\u0131lan en y\u00fcksek karbondioksit d\u00fczeyi (VCO2maks) kavram\u0131 ortaya konacak. Yenilik\u00e7i bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla spor disiplinine y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren bilim ekibini tebrik ediyor, ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rma ile ilgili bilgi veren Prof. Dr. \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zkaya, \u201cBir dakikada kullan\u0131lan en y\u00fcksek oksijen d\u00fczeyi (VO2maks) aerobik g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak bilinir. Bu de\u011fer aerobik dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131n standard\u0131d\u0131r. VO2maks; spor ve sa\u011fl\u0131k bilimleri alan\u0131nda say\u0131s\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya konu olmu\u015ftur. Ancak maksimal karbondioksit \u00fcretim hacmi (VCO2maks) bug\u00fcne dek g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmi\u015f bir de\u011ferdir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde; VCO2maks\u2019\u0131n yaln\u0131zca 40 makalede taranabildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n hi\u00e7birinde VCO2maks\u2019\u0131n etkilerine odaklan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130lgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamam\u0131 bir VO2maks elde edebilmek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan kademeli egzersiz testlerinde a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan en y\u00fcksek CO2 \u00fcretim hacminin VCO2maks olarak rapor edildi\u011fi yay\u0131nlard\u0131r. H\u00e2lbuki yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z pilot \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re; VCO2maks de\u011feri kademeli bir egzersiz protokol\u00fcyle a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lamaz. VCO2maks\u2019\u0131n do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n kademeli egzersiz testlerinde t\u00fckendikleri egzersiz \u015fiddetlerinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 10-30 \u00fczerindeki i\u015f y\u00fcklerinde ve sabit bir h\u0131z ya da g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcretim d\u00fczeyinde tekrardan t\u00fcketilmeleri gerekir. Literat\u00fcr dikkatle incelendi\u011finde ilgili egzersiz \u015fiddetinin ciddi bir aerobik g\u00fc\u00e7 ve anaerobik tolerans geli\u015ftirme potansiyeline sahip oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Ancak bu egzersiz \u015fiddetlerinde do\u011frudan referans al\u0131nacak bir parametre bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ilgili antrenmanlar planlan\u0131rken belirlenen egzersiz \u015fiddetleri ya VO2maks\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131 (G-VO2maks) referans alarak bu d\u00fczeyin y\u00fczde 10-30 \u00fczerini ya da maksimal sprint h\u0131zlar\u0131 referans al\u0131narak bu d\u00fczeyin y\u00fczde 10-20 alt\u0131ndaki \u015fiddetleri kullanmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum, sporcular\u0131n antrenmanlar\u0131n\u0131 bireysel bir kritere g\u00f6re de\u011fil de daha belirsiz ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla niteliksiz bir \u015fiddette yapmalar\u0131na neden olur. Halbuki bireysel bir VCO2maks d\u00fczeyi, bireylerin aerobik g\u00fc\u00e7 ve anaerobik kapasite geli\u015ftirici antrenman niteliklerini artt\u0131rmada \u00f6nemli bir egzersiz \u015fiddeti olabilir. Di\u011fer yandan bu de\u011fer, anaerobik kapasitenin de\u011ferlendirilmesinde de olduk\u00e7a de\u011ferli bir veri sunabilir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cUluslararas\u0131 alanda da \u00f6ncelikli ara\u015ft\u0131rma konular\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof. Dr. \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zkaya, \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonunda hem \u00fclkemiz hem de uluslararas\u0131 platformda \u00f6ncelikli ara\u015ft\u0131rma konular\u0131ndan olan kardiyo-pulmoner sa\u011fl\u0131k ve egzersiz alan\u0131nda ilk kez VCO2maks kavram\u0131 ortaya koyulmu\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Bu yolla uluslararas\u0131 literat\u00fcre, bireylerin performans d\u00fczeylerini belirlemede kullan\u0131labilecek yeni bir parametre \u00f6nerilecektir. Ek olarak \u00f6nerilecek bu performans parametresi, aerobik g\u00fc\u00e7 ve anaerobik kapasite geli\u015ftirmede do\u011frudan etkili yeni bir antrenman y\u00fck\u00fc de olacakt\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonunda yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 beklenen bir di\u011fer \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, VCO2maks y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn etkilerini s\u0131nad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z egzersiz modelinin kendisidir. Bu modelin egzersiz \u015fiddetine ek olarak, modelde kullan\u0131lan y\u00fcklenme zamanlar\u0131, y\u00fcklenme- dinlenme oranlar\u0131, vb. egzersiz bile\u015fenleri, antrenman bilimleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli olacakt\u0131r. Son olarak projemiz uluslararas\u0131 alanda yeni tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131na ve ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma projelerinin geli\u015ftirilmesine \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projenin hedeflerinden ve \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131ndan da bahseden Prof. Dr. \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zkaya, \u201cHer kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131ya ait bireysel bir VCO2maks d\u00fczeyi ve bu d\u00fczeye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelen bireysel bir G-VCO2maks belirlenecek. Bireysel G-VCO2maks ve bu d\u00fczeyde elde edilen VCO2maks yan\u0131t\u0131na ait g\u00fcvenilirlik d\u00fczeyi saptanacak. Bu i\u015f oran\u0131n\u0131 KG, VO2maks ve IHIGH gibi di\u011fer e\u015fik t\u00fcrleriyle k\u0131yaslanacak. \u0130\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcnde yap\u0131lacak \u00f6rnek bir egzersiz uygulamas\u0131na ait fizyolojik ve metabolik akut yan\u0131tlar\u0131 tespit edilecek. Projenin nihai hedefi ise G-VCO2maks y\u00fck\u00fcnde planlanan bir egzersiz modelinden al\u0131nacak uzun s\u00fcreli antrenman etkilerinin kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi fizyolojik, metabolik ve performans iyile\u015fmelerini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmak ve bu geli\u015fim potansiyelinin temellerini olu\u015fturan mekanizmalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamakt\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ege \u00dcniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. \u00d6zg\u00fcr \u00d6zkaya\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 projede, Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl \u00dcniversitesinden Hikmet G\u00fcne\u015f ve Engin Y\u0131ld\u0131ztepe, Ege \u00dcniversitesinden Do\u00e7.
