Sempozyum 8-9 Haziran 2023 tarihleri aras\u0131nda hibrit olarak d\u00fczenlenecek. Sempozyum ile ilgili bilgi veren \u00a0Ege \u00dcniversitesi \u00c7e\u015fme Turizm Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Bilgehan G\u00fcltekin, \u201cBu sene sempozyumumuz hibrit olarak pland\u0131k. 27\u2019ye yak\u0131n y\u00fcz y\u00fcze bildiri sunumlar\u0131 ve \u00e7ok fazla say\u0131da \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i sunumlar olacak. \u00a0\u00c7ok nitelikli konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir i\u00e7eri\u011fiyle sempozyumumuzun herkese hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum. \u0130n\u015fallah seneye tamamen y\u00fcz y\u00fcze sempozyumumuz ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uluslararas\u0131 alanda gastronomi, beslenme ve turizm uzmanlar\u0131 ile akademisyenleri bir araya getirecek olan sempozyum, g\u00fcncel yakla\u015f\u0131mlar ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin gastronomi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve turizm zenginli\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lmay\u0131 hedefliyor. \u00c7e\u015fme Turizm Fak\u00fcltesinde yap\u0131lacak olan sempozyum \u00f6ncesi konu\u015fan Dekan Prof. Dr. G\u00fcltekin, \u201cUluslararas\u0131 Gastronomi ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Sempozyumu \u00c7e\u015fme Turizm Fak\u00fcltesi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ve tarihi bir sempozyum olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bu organizasyonu yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in \u00e7ok gururluyuz. Ben de aylarca ekibimizle beraber bu organizasyon i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Bu sempozyum bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok k\u0131ymetliydi. Bu nedenle organizasyonun bu a\u015famaya gelmesinde \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar\u0131 olan Dekan Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z Dr. \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Samet Can Curkan ve Do\u00e7. Dr. Sevg\u00fcl \u00c7ilingir Cesur\u2019a en i\u00e7ten te\u015fekk\u00fcrlerimi sunuyorum.
