E\u00dc\u2019den T\u00fcrk tohumculuk sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli proje<\/b><\/p>\n

\u0130ZM\u0130R (Ege Ajans)-<\/b>\u00a0Ege \u00dcniversitesi (E\u00dc) akademisyenleri taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanan projeler ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flar taraf\u0131ndan desteklenmeye devam ediyor. Ege \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Necdet Budak\u2019\u0131n koordinat\u00f6rleri aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cNEETs in the Seed Sector: Seed Training Programme (NEETSeed)\u201d isimli proje, Avrupa Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan desteklenmeye uygun bulundu. Projede, \u201cNEETs\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan, ne e\u011fitimde ne istihdamda olan gen\u00e7lerin tohumculuk sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde e\u011fitilmeleri ve istihdam edilmeleri ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Ege \u00dcniversitesi, Avrupa Birli\u011fi, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Avrupa Birli\u011fi Mali Yard\u0131mlar Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130\u015eKUR ve \u00f6zel tohum firmalar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek olan proje kapsam\u0131nda \u00fcniversitelerin ziraat m\u00fchendisli\u011fi, do\u011fa bilimleri ve biyoloji b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri mezunlar\u0131na, verilecek e\u011fitimler sonucunda istihdam sa\u011flanacak. Avrupa Birli\u011fi, bu proje \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye yakla\u015f\u0131k 17 Milyon Euroluk bir b\u00fct\u00e7e deste\u011fi sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Projemiz ile hem ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerden mezun olan \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin istihdamlar\u0131 sa\u011flanacak hem de sekt\u00f6re hizmet veren firmalar yeti\u015fmi\u015f eleman ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lara da \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131 olan projemizin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapan Ege \u00dcniversitesi Tohum Teknolojisi Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi\u00a0 (EGE TOTEM) M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz Do\u00e7. Dr. \u0130smail Can Paylan hocam\u0131za ve eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en proje ekibimize te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. \u00dclkemiz i\u00e7in hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 temenni ediyorum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar EGE TOTEM\u2019de e\u011fitim g\u00f6recek<\/b><\/p>\n

Projenin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlenen Ege \u00dcniversitesi Tohum Teknolojileri ve Uygulama Merkezi (EGE TOTEM) M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. \u0130smail Can Paylan, \u201cProje kapsam\u0131nda 20-25 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bulunan, \u00fcniversitelerin ziraat m\u00fchendisli\u011fi, do\u011fa bilimleri ve biyoloji b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden mezun olan ki\u015filer, verilecek yo\u011fun e\u011fitimle ve tohum sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde yapacaklar\u0131 uygulamalar ile T\u00fcrk tohumculuk sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde istihdam edilecekler. Proje s\u00fcrecinde gen\u00e7 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar, Ege TOTEM\u2019de e\u011fitim ve laboratuvar faaliyetleri, serolojik ve molek\u00fcler e\u011fitimler, tohum sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik teknik geziler, ISTA-\u0130svi\u00e7re ziyaretleri ve staj gibi yo\u011fun bir programdan ge\u00e7irilecek\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Proje sonunda ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n istihdam edilece\u011fini de belirten Do\u00e7. Dr. Paylan, \u201cAyr\u0131ca e\u011fitim alacak ki\u015filere,\u00a0Avrupa Birli\u011fi projeleri kriterleri kapsam\u0131nda maa\u015f ve tam kapsaml\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. Yine proje s\u00fcresince; ziraat m\u00fchendisli\u011fi, do\u011fa bilimleri ve biyoloji b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinden mezun olan ki\u015filerin kariyer planlamalar\u0131 ve i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin desteklenmesi i\u00e7in proje i\u015ftirak\u00e7ilerinden \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019un i\u015f ve meslek dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan i\u015f imkanlar\u0131 sa\u011flanacak. Tohumculuk sekt\u00f6r\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece \u00f6nemli olan bu projenin \u00fclkemiz ve \u00fcniversitemiz i\u00e7in hay\u0131rl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
